  If you need cash fast, come to this Rapid Cash location and come see Sam. She knows what shes doing, she was able to help get me cash fast with no road blocks along the way. Professionalism is key and this location has it down!

  This location is the best Rapid Cash out of all the others. Customer service is great, everyone is always friendly and helpful. Store is super clean. Thanks Art for all of your help!

  I’m taking my time to write this review cause this isn’t the first time and I hope the manager sees this and fixes it. I bring my mom in often since she can’t drive, my mom’s a little hard of hearing and the worker was pretty grumpy with her cause she needed her to repeat herself and a bit louder, she had an attitude and on top of that they looked like they just got out of bed wearing sweat shirt and both their hair didn’t even looked combed (unprofessional much!?) It’s been like that almost every time I’ve gone in with her in the mornings. In the evening they usually are very friendly i don’t get how it is so different. If you come here only go in evenings, the morning people are RUDE!!! Bad customer service every time. If the evening workers become rude we will go to another location. Sorry to leave a bad review but sometimes people have to be called out.

  I love that I can come to them when I need a quick loan but I hate coming in to the Jones and flamingo location the staff is rude and they will have you wait for a while sometimes because they are to busy having a personal conversation and then when you ask them to please speed it up they ignore you and continue with their conversation and this situation has happened to me more then once. I hate that my bank locked them from taking payments from my card so I can’t do payment online no more so unfortunately I have to go in to the store. But if I wasn’t for the staff I would say would had gotten 5 stars.

  I took my boyfriend in to get a loan and not only did they hook him up but they gave him and I both extra money for me referring him there! Licett and Jeannette were very knowledgeable and helped us get just what we needed. Thanks guys!!

  I had a good experience here earlier. It was quick and easy. I noticed that the attitude of the employees reflects your own and I was nice and so were the employee who was helping me. The interest maybe ridiculous but just pay it back as soon as possible. Will recommend and borrow from here again.
