  I just feel a person who has an emergency such as being stranded somewhere or for whatever emergency should at least be able to take out an additional loan no more than 75 dollars buy a bus ticket to be able to return home and that Loan should be added to the previous loan but the additional loan should be paid in full with the first set up payment or it could be paid in full with the previous loan and it would have it's addional interest rate of course please think about it cause that's what happened to me and I called you guys and you all could not help me and I pay my loan in full every month and I take it out again and I don't have to I just do it because I can please think about that but besides that you guys are good with me l Love You. Sincerely, an over all Happy And Loyal customer . 😊😊😊

  The payment of the month was defected from my bank a couple of days later I went to paid the balance the agent told me the payment was still pending ? I did not understand why since it was days in between , I told her I wanted to paid full balance . my understanding was that I paid full balance but at the end of the month I get a charge for $10. I was told I was charge interests from the time my payment was pending n the time I paid to me that was non sense I paid you why am I been charge interests when I was there to paid entire balance. Never again
