  I feel like they screw you on purpose. I can't tell you how many times I've had to pay late fees for incorrect information they have given me. I call to ask when my next schedule payment is due, I pay the day before and they tell me it'll be an extra 50 dollars and it makes me so angry. Even though I tell them they gave me a completely different date, they do not do anything about it. I've even go to the locations to wrote down my payments and have them sign it and they still get the dates wrong and they still won't let me slide with the fees. I have to call several different stores just to verify the dates. Which can be confusing because how do I know which date is the right one? They also have an phone app that is also inaccurate. I hate this place with a passion. Thank god I'm almost paid off. I recommend money tree or dollar loan center

  The ladies have wonderful customer service their loans are very decent , people just need to read what they are signing and be smart with their money. Overall they try their best to help you out. Thank you for hiring professionals.

  It was a great experience, until my car broke down 2 weeks prior to my last payment. I went into the store to make some type of payment arrangement for my last payment. I paid half and asked if I could pay the other half two weeks later. I was only given 3 more days to come up with the rest of it. When I was unable to, I went back in to the store and they told me they would stop the ACH and I would need to come in the next morning to be put on a repayment plan. But instead the ACH went through, causing my bank account to be overdrawn and over draft fees. I wasn’t able to have my car repaired due to now I’m overdrawn in my account by $200 and with no car, I can not drive for Uber or show proof of income. The staff at the store are great and tried to help me out and I truly appreciate that!
