  Great people. In 2020 they were hit hard by COVID, but this year they have made a big comeback. Very responsive service. They helped me get my PPP loans and are very friendly and knowledgeable.

  Rams Fast Tax Company is definitely the best I have had the pleasure of doing business with for years. The staff is experienced, professional, they have attention to detail , and they offer excellent customer service. It's always a pleasure to have my taxes prepared with the company. It's a no stress environment. This year we worked with Vandana, she was perfect. Thanks again for the excellent customer service through the years .

  A lady at the front desk is very very rude and disrespectful. I called to check if my tax documents had been received and when they were going to be reviewed and she put me on hold for 7 minutes and then came back and said “your tax will be reviewed when they can If someone is available” she then went on to say she didn’t like the way I spoke to her and proceeded to bang the phone and hang up!!!!!! I am beyond appauled by her behavior. I had heard a lot of good things about this company but this one incident is enough for me. Whoever the lady is, please know that this is a service we pay for and every customer should be treated with respect.

  DO NOT START YOUR PROCESS HERE. The worst place to do my taxes. I was guided by their good reviews on the Internet but they are a sure thing! My tax process had an error and after paying and waiting so long when I finally receive my documents it is to find out that everything was done incorrectly and my process was canceled. I had to come bring all my documents to start my process again. I even called multiple times to verify the process. They told me there was no problem. And after almost 5 months. here I am WITHOUT REFUND, WITHOUT TAX ID AND WITH MULTIPLE DISADVANTAGES.
