      This is in a very busy area and crammed shopping center making it unsafe for drivers and having to be more careful. Tellers in this bank have been generally kind everytime I have gone in. Just not the best location to frequent for my citibank account.

      By far the worst bank i've encountered, filled with incompetence and arrogance. Let's start at the beginning, my account was open under the wrong name... even after giving the young lady my ID. Checks and Debit card were issued under a last name that I did not provide. Months later, I called the customer service department and was ask to provide my mother's maiden name. Let's just say Citibank made up a maiden name... because I was told that they could not help me because my answer to the question was incorrect. I'm still trying to figure out who gave them the permission or answer to this security question. They finally apologized after weeks and changed it to the correct name. Then last but defiantly not least, I was told my account was being closed because of their own ignorance. Though Citibank consider themselves to be a global bank, they closed my account because of an international transaction through Vload. How can you not know about Vload ...as a "global bank" you would know that Vload is simply a secure way of transferring funds (one that can be traced back to the sender and receiver). By the way this was not the first transaction through Vload. The only thing global about this bank are the call centers which are all located oversees (cheap labor). SO! If you desire to be more than average, this is not the bank for you. If you have any international connections or businesses (this is defiantly not the bank for you). If you are a young BLACK woman this is not the bank for you (your character and integrity will be questioned for anything over $3,000). No one should be treated like a criminal in the process of allocating their hard earned funds. Thankfully I never put all of my eggs in one basket so I am grateful that Citibank is no longer a trusted service provider for my family. We've always had better options. OH FYI, While I was in the branch there was another customer whose money was not transferred the way he clearly asked for it to be done. I sat there and watched this young man lied to the older BLACK man's face only to admit that he made a mistake in the Branch managers office. (Now... thats what integrity looks like lol) *Incompetent and arrogant staff members

      I regret the day walking in this bank and opening an account . I wonder how they are even in business with the terrible customer service provided by the company . By far the worst banking experience I have had with any financial institution ever . && Good luck getting a hold of these people on the phone . I’d give zero or negative stars if possible

      There was an African manager, by far the worst. My son used my debit card without my knowledge and he bought xbox games but he didn’t know. He tried to act as a father like figure trying to find out what my son used the money on and started yelling at him. He threatened him with calling the police to arrest him for using my card. By far the worst by handling the situation. He could have disputed the charges and call it a day. Worst manager i’ve dealt with by far.

      Worse service I ever had in years. My account was closed without notification, I came back to pay the overdraft which I did. I was told by a rep that I could reopen an account, I needed a proof of address which I went to take home. The manager Minjares refused to open a new account on no basis , whereas I was told a conflicting fact earlier. Worse, he yelled on the citibank rep , a very courteous lady " we cannot reopen a closed account' , when I asked him why , he said " because I am the branch manager " , terrible service, Minjares should not be the branch manager, I following up the matter with citibank complaints, It is a terrible branch, make yourself a service by going somewhere else, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BRANCH MANAGER MINJARES THE SPANISH GUY IN SUIT IS RUDE AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BANKING SERVICE AT ALL..THANK YOU FOR SHARING

      Thank you very much for the branch manager Mr. Musa V. Sackor in Tacoma Park for his wonderful attention and solution on my account problem. Which I wasted so much time in Mc Arthur Blvd. branch attended by the manager Mr.Marc Brice. I have got shock from the answer I did get from this manager: " there is nothing we can't do" I mean, who ever get this kind of answer from a prestige Bank where you have your account for so many years, anyone would get scare. Any how I have to travel 45 min to where I first opened my account which is in Tacoma Park and get relieved whit the solution. The miles I drove worth it. But do this really means that I have to drive all that way to get for considerable attention??. The bank have to pay some more attention on the branches customer service attention, is not fair for me to work for the bank where I have my account... wasting time is wasting money.

      Worst service ever like I asked for my account number because I had opened my account online and they didn’t give me no welcoming package nothing ! He gave me my account number on a post it note ... like at least be professional and print me out a paper with my account numbers and information... This bank sucks ! I will change very soon

      Very nice customer service and I love the people there! Very professional and I love how they helped my mother (who doesn't speak English) with her problem. Thank you Citibank staff :)

      This place doesn't even deserve one Star. There management team is the worst. Musa shouldnt even be a manager. The bank tellers knows more than him. I hate having account with bank.
