  I've been with Wells Fargo for about 10 years or so. They are not great at putting banks in my area. This bank has been here forever but because it's the only one, everyone and their momma, lawyer, and friends cousin in law be in there. Prepare for a wait. ATM and banker line. There is a drive thru window(expect a line there too) and 2 ATMs on the side. Service is great once you get it. Bankers are real nice and helpful. Located near everything else you may or may not need. Its by one of the most crowded intersections in this area.

  My experiences there with personal bankers have all been good. But it's often far too busy and it does often seem like not everybody is doing all they can to move customers out smoothly. This includes managers.

  Came here Friday 4 PM. The managers were not doing anything while it's a huge line they close down three windows. Drive-through had a huge line but the person was super slow. Waited over 45 minutes minutes just to make my deposit. I have a business account but there's no window for commercial account. I will not be using this bank at all. I wish they had more help and be nice

  Not only is Wells Fargo a terrible, immoral company, but this branch in particular is not very good. they are always packed inside, long wait lines, and the ATM's always have some issue with them. I actually left and joined the adjacent Capitol One in the same parking lot.

  Poor customer service. The manager was very rude and had no consideration for other’s people time. ATM froze as I made a cash depot. What a scary experience and the manager didn’t make it any better. He should attend a training in customer service ASAP.

  Atm outside works well only thing I do not like is the location of bank and traffic from parking lot. Cars speed by the bank and one must be careful when crossing to get to the bank.

  I’m handicap they are so accommodating to me! So in my world they ROCK! Not all banks are like them.👏🏆✅

  Managers are always ready to help. The only problem is that is a busy area, so many times you have to time for a long time.
