Rally Motor Credit Reviews

Ethan Bean1Our car just stopped working out of no where, so we took it into the shop. After paying 300 dollars in labor and diagnostics, I found out that this GPS tracker had shorted out and disabled my car. I called the manufacturer and they said the tracker was registered to Rally Motor Credit. I own my car (paid cash for it almost 5 years ago at a completely different dealership). If you're going to install a device that gives you the power to disable a car, you should probably remove it too. I have never been to this place, but they deserve 0 stars.

Essense 19201I will say this, when I first started with this company I understood why and how I managed to become involved with this sub-prime lender. Now fast forward 3 years later and I still have my car, trying to get refinanced is a joke, this company sucks you in and you are way under-water! Trying to reach someone to make a simple car payment, get pay-off information is a joke. They are never available, however if you miss a an hour or day of your payment they find a way to become available to call you, only to find out that you made a payment online and they have not looked for a payment that you have made, because they close two (2) hours early on a Friday.. I will say this avoid this company at all cost, they go by the name Courtesy or Prestige and say that Rally Motor credit is no longer in business, its was just a small company. I have changed representatives 2 due to the fact, one was very unprofessional when my car was involved in a hit and run and I asked to defer the payment so I was able to pay my deductible. She actually had the nerve to ask me if I could borrow the money. This is just one of the many stories that I could share.. Just know this I hope this helps someone in the long run.

Niles Aronson4I’ve had a rather decent experience dealing with RMC. Yeah, I have a high interest rate, but I also had horrible credit and came into the deal with $0 down. My vehicle is just about to be paid off, and over the four year loan I have maybe paid late three or four times. Each time I knew I’d be late I’d contact them and set up a future payment date. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience, and I really like the convenience of payment methods available. I’m able to text my main representative and have them process payment through my stored account. So easy.

nneka blount5I have been with Rally for 4 years now and about to pay off my car. I have never missed a payment and have been able to reach a LIVE person almost every time I called. I have a rep assigned to me and haven't had a problem at all. As of now, I have no complaints. Yes, my interest is high, and yes I have paid well over what the car sticker price because of it, but I cant' blame them. I had bad credit/not enough credit and I, LET ME REPEAT, I made the decision to continue the purchase. I see a lot of people on here complaining about the high interest and inoperable vehicles. Firstly, they AGREED to the interest rate not having an understanding of what the hell they were doing or could afford. Secondly, if your car isn't covered under a warranty, you are responsible for ALL repairs and the balance of what you borrowed to purchase the car. You can't just use the car and when it's broke say I'm not going to pay for something I can't use. Any other product you purchase you can't return and believe that you should get a refund. Which is what you are asking the them to do. They paid that money to the seller, their job is to recoup that money from you in good faith. If they have or will not send you title after paying it off, that is an issue they need to fix and personally, I will have an attorney on standby for my last payment. I doubt that will be necessary, but as a consumer, you should be prepared. Like I said, I have had nothing but good dealings with them for 4 years and they are willing to work with you if you COMMUNICATE. That isn't say be late 10 times during your loan period and expect to be treated like a rock star.

Camille Adkins5To the people saying they are the worst and have horrible customer service, I have not been able to pay on my car in almost a year. Of course I haven't been driving it, and they did turn off the starter. But I still have my car. They are more than willing to work with people if you communicate with them. Shelby is awesome. I've never once had a bad phone call with them.

Morgan Townson1Honestly, I have had several cars and this is the most unprofessional lien holder I have ever had to deal with. They are nice when they are accepting a payment but once they make a mistake or your a few days past due, your faced with rude reps, and disrespect. I won't go into details, but this place is a bill collector you do not want to do business with. My truck was broken down and they still expected me to pay a car-note on a car that was not even drive-able. Not to mention, it's not even worth a trade no where!

Beautiful One1I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. While going through my bankruptcy I choose not to reaffirm my loan. I called to have the car picked up and they told me the tow company would call. But they lied and came in the middle of the night. WHEN I was more then willing to give them their car back plus the keys. Now they're not answering the phone and I can't get my personal belongings and tags

Tiffany Sulley5I love this credit company! I've been with them for almost four years now and they always call or email to set up my payment for the month! Will always try to do my auto financing through them!

Shaelee Booth1Terrible customer service. Every time I have called to talk to anyone they treat me like total crap like they aren't receiving almost $400 a month from me. In the beginning they also lied and told me they had a 2 week grace period and they even knew my payment would be a day late as I discussed my payment info with their staff and the next day my car was still shut off!! Terrible. Will be switching and would never recommend this company to anyone.
