Saul Cruz5I had a car I wanted to sell and I'm glad i found this place locally. Emailed them and i talked with Dean. The process was super easy stopped by they took a look at the car. Moments later I filled out some paper work and I was done. I had a lien on the car so after a few days I double checked and it was paid off!

Linda Reynolds1Please review my prior review. And their response accusing me basically of being insane because I didn’t agree with their assessment of our transaction. I received several phone calls from Mike at the Phoenix office after I posted my review. Attempted to have a conversation where he went straight into attack mode against me. I’m now fearful what type of retaliation I can expect from such a deranged response. Now I understand why negative reviews don’t appear. Nobody would want to expose themselves to the personal attack I just experienced.

We, Rahimi Automotive Group hereby formally request that Linda Reynolds cease and desist to communicate with our business or employees and failing to do so may result in legal actions. Edited: 09/08/2021. Lynda Reynolds Facebook post on this vehicle in her own words below: (We believe this constitutes a defamation suit) Screen shots of her ads posted in the pictures. Great condition, mechanically sound (Joe from Joe’s garage says, “best engine on the market” when I bought it last winter. Don’t let the mileage scare you. These cars run on and on. See attached clean title, clean car fax report, and list of work done by dealer before I bought it. Including new tires and battery (which just started right up after sitting since January!). Have to sell up and move due to health reasons or I would NOt be selling - I love this car!. Exterior is darn good except for some stone chips on the hood and a very small area on back bumper where paint has chipped (see photos) and interior is excellent except for some wear to the leather of the drivers’ seat. (See photos). Good used cars are like gold these days. So no low ball crazy offers and no holds - I like to keep nonsense to a minimum. Blue book range is $4900-10,000. Specifically this car per car fax and blue book has a value of $6995. Come see, drive, buy! This one won’t last.

Elizabeth Carrillo1Unfortunately my experience with Rahimi Auto was not so good. I had not rated it yet because I don’t usually do reviews. However I purchased my car a year ago. Before I purchased it I told them I wanted to think about it however somebody who wasn’t even my sales person told me “I don’t want to pressure you but if you don’t get the car today it might not be there tomorrow.” I was not worried about them selling it but they kept insisting I ended up getting the car. I put half down and the following day picked it up. The same day I took it home the radiator hose busted. They did fix it however two weeks later my battery stopped working. I was told batteries were not covered and that no other car agency covered batteries. So my first out of pocket expense started. I paid the car later full amount owed and never spoke to them again. I was told that the a/c had been put in brand new but 2 months later one of the hoses busted yep another hose. Not long after the car belts where making noise and I had to replace all of them the timing belt and all. Turns out they where so bad I was lucky they never broke while I was driving. After that not long after the thermostat busted. Finally and not my last issue the car had an electric failure burnt all the cable’s on the stirring wheel. Right now the car can’t even be driven because it accelerates on its own. The mechanic they have on site told me he had checked the car and it was in great condition by the way did I mention I was planning on driving the car to Florida I told them that shows how much they cared. I feel like they knew about the issues and just never said anything to get the car sold. I’m upset just for the fact that you go to them and trust they will help you find something good. I feel like they only care about the money and not the customer. My biggest thing is that I have kids and if something would of happened to them when the major issues had occurred l just can’t even imagine or in are area of Yuma hot climate we would of have had to wait for somebody to help us. This was my first car I bought in Yuma and it will be the last I get from a used Car dealer. P.S I am unable to reply to them on their reply but half of what they posted for the reply is not true also what they said they did to the car they did not do but it is up to you if you want to trust these people. By the way the tires where already on the car before I even decided to consider the car. And when I called they said they did a 6 months just like cash now they change their word’s and say they don’t do this often oh and if telling somebody that they should hurry up and decided is not pressuring anybody well what can I say.

We appreciate your feedback, but please allow us to respond to your comments. You admitted that we did not pressure you in purchasing the 2002 Nissan Xterra on February 11th 2017, but we simply indicated that the vehicle may get sold, as is always the case with used vehicles, especially during the tax season. You have raised a very important point in terms of paying for the vehicle; you only paid for 50% of the vehicle, yet we trusted you with 100% of the vehicle and delivered it to you, because you needed a vehicle. In addition to financially accommodating you, we waived the interest and loan acquisition costs on your loan, which is unheard of in our line of business. We have been working very hard to help our local community and make their dreams of buying a car a reality. The radiator hose is a wear and tear item and not covered under an State mandated powertrain warranty, but as a gesture of customer service excellency, we replaced the entire radiator at no cost to you. Once again, the battery or the a/c systems are not covered under any powertrain warranty, but since we had replaced the thermostat on your vehicle as part of our pre-delivery inspection, it had a manufacturer's warranty and if the thermostat would have been the issue, we could have replaced it for you at no cost to you, but you failed to communicate and report the issue to us. In addition to the radiator, thermostat, used car complete detail, complete inspection, oil change, etc we had also installed 4 brand new tires for you. As for the other issues that you have raised; such as the car accelerating by itself; you should have reported that issue to the proper law enforcement agencies and to Nissan, because that is a manufacturer's safety issue and we can not be held accountable. We always try to go above and beyond to satisfy our customers and we feel sorry that your experience buying a used vehicle was not the best. We would love to earn your business once again, please do not hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, The management,

TI 6195Enrique and Arti were very nice, helpful, professional, informative and most importantly very honest with me when I was buying my car! So much so I went back to buy my second vehicle there a month later! I am very picky and ask a lot of questions so I want to thank them both for putting up with me! I will be back!

Dean Hanson1My son bought his first truck from them about 4 weeks ago. They seemed nice and concerned about the vehicles they sell. We Got a 15 day warranty. We had to charge the ac because it wasn’t working right after they fixed it. The power steering pump went out and they wouldn’t cover it under warranty. The check engine light came on and our mechanic said they just cleared the codes and didn’t fix the problems. All this was within the warranty period and they don’t cover anything. Don’t go to them. They have a bad corrupt mechanic
Response from the ownerDean, there was never any issue with the truck, the only issue was your sons horrible credit which we overlooked anyway and financed him on good faith. Ended up repossessing the truck, and back seat is full of used needles.

TamTube1I just saw one of their vehicles on a website that they posted it to. I got a call about 20 min after inquiring about it and talked to someone who was very rude he said they don't offer financing for a car that they're selling for $3,500 and said "Good luck trying to find a place that does" and when I informed him that I've found several other places that have the same vehicle for the same amount that offer financing he then proceeded to say that he can work something out with me but I'd have to pay half of what the vehicle is worth upfront. I told him I would talk to the other dealerships first and weigh my options and get back to him; then I remembered a question I forgot to ask him so I called back and someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up, I thought it was by accident so I called again and this time someone picked up without saying a word when I expected "Hello, Thank you for calling Rahimi Automotive Group how may I help you or direct your call?" but nothing I said "hello?" and then got hung up on again, by far the rudest car dealership I've had to ever deal with they obviously don't care about the customers and are having ridiculous expectations good luck trying to find anyone who wants to buy a car from a bunch of jerks.

The 1993 Suzuki Sidekick you were looking at is on Consignment, and we do not offer financing option on this specific vehicle as we said to you over the phone and is listed on description "Cash Only". We do have lots of other vehicles which can be financed, your down payment and monthly payments vary depending on your credit score, job time, income etc... For vehicles that are not financed with Commercial Lenders such as banks or credit unions, we do offer In-House financing and do require 50% down regardless of your credit to offset the risk. Allen Jacques5Just bought a great car here. My wife and I were really sick and tired of the other dealerships in town because they were trying to shove overpriced cars down our throats. We would walk in say that our Max price was 10000 and these other dealerships would show us something for 13000. But when we went here they were straightforward and helpful they did not try and push any cars on us and we ended up buying a nice little Kia. They have the best prices in the area and will not try and push you into a vehicle
