  I have used this branch for more than 5 yrs and I love it . Friendly staff and happy smiles . My girls have their college accounts too . It has helped them with there credit score and to be responsible. I am very pleased. Keep up the good work to all the staff .

  We were in this morning to conduct business Evelyn Garcia was the Personal Banker assisting us. I cannot begin to express how rude and unprofessional we found her to be. It’s really too bad because all other locations we have been to have provided excellent customer service. She however was so rude we are contemplating closing all accounts and banking elsewhere.

  If I could have rated less than one star I would have. The service was horrible and employees were rude. They took an hour to verify a check and the after waiting they asked me if I'd like to go somewhere else. . .like it wasn't the bank I bank with??.. wells fargo is my bank and have never been treated so poorly anywhere. The foothills location wells fargo is a joke.

  I've used this Branch Bank for 17 years. It can be a little crowded in the winter months and there's not a lot of room inside, but the staff is very friendly and professional, they provide all he services I've needed and parking is just outside the door.

  We go to Yuma every winter for 3 months and have dealt with the fortuna branch and they run a very professional show. They have been most helpful and everyone there has real great P R. A great place to do banking

  Trying to deposit money for my mom to pay bills in this hard times and the bank will not let me make an appointment.
