  Michael DiTullio was phenomenal to work with. He was quick to respond, often times calling us to check in unprompted. His knowledge and attitude really made it a special time for us.   We were first time home buyer and started to shopping last year. I am so glad that Esin Susol recommended David with Radius ! The home buying process for a first timer is really complicated and convoluted so made it easy and fast. They were definitely prepared for COVID times with their great online presence facilitating document exchange, signing and communication.   Just received BY MAIL that my information was compromised over 7 months ago...is this a joke? You have all of my sensitive information and I am not notified the instant you think my information could be compromised? I know the owners don't care as long as they are making money but I have worked hard my whole life for what I have and to have my personal information not protected and then I am not notified about it in a timely manner is unacceptable. I will be telling everyone I know not to work with you ever again. For a company who claims to be on the "cutting edge" of technology this is really sad.

  We recognize that data theft and ransomware attacks are serious issues for our customers. Investigations of incidents of this nature take time. There was no delay in notification. Following the incident, Radius immediately commenced a prompt and thorough investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to understand what happened, the extent of the data impacted by this incident, and the affected individuals who needed to be notified. In January of this year, radius concluded that one or more of the electronic documents that were acquired during the incident contained a limited amount of client information.   Buying a house can be an extremely stressful experience however, Colby made it so easy for us. He had great communication with us from start to finish.   The company got hacked in July 2021 and didn't notify those affected until February of 2022. Don't choose them as your mortgage lender unless you want to deal with bad communication (specifically servicing - never talking to someone actually employed at radius), and fear for identity theft.
