  Cheryl did a great job explaining the process to my wife and me, first time homebuyers. She helped us get a great interest rate and even helped us get our closing date moved up a day when we realized the loan offer would expire the day before closing, saving us the cost of extending the offer.   Buying a home, especially the first time, is no easy feat. Cheryl explained every step thoroughly. I trusted her expertise and and leaned on her to provide me with the best rate and also walk me through the process. She referred me to my attorney and homeowners insurance company, both equally just as easy to work with. Cheryl is personable and truly makes you feel like family. They say it takes a village to make things happen but I owe Cheryl all my gratitude and praises for making this so smooth and stress free.

  First we tried for the loan process through popular online ways but was not happy and satisfied with their methods. Fairway and especially Maureen made our home buying process easy and possible. Maureen was extremely helpful throughout the process, she turned our dream into reality. She was always available to answer any questions or doubts, discuss the next steps make you believe in yourself. She made the whole process so quick and super easy for us. 10/10 would recommend it.

  Our loan officer Maureen was very knowledgeable and provided step by step instructions during the mortgage application process. She was always available; responded quickly to all our texts, emails and phone calls. Went above and beyond the scope of her job to ensure we knew what to expect as potential new homeowners. The Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation online portal is very user friendly, very easy to complete the mortgage application and securely upload additional documents.

  Cheryl and her team are amazing. You won't feel like a client, you'll feel like family. She is a miracle worker who saved us after an awful experience with BOA where they dumped our mortgage, and almost caused us to lose our new home. Cheryl stepped up and got us a better loan in a shorter period of time and kept our close where it was, in a tight window.

  Maureen has been so helpful the past year from making a plan for us to save a year out and then explain every step of the way in the process. She called and answered our questions at any hour of the day. She was always helpful explaining what our plan would be step by step. I would highly recommend Maureen, she is an expert with FHA loans also which was key as a first time home buyer!

  The process of refinancing with Cheryl and her staff was a very smooth one. The one thing about Cheryl when you text or call her and she is busy she lets you know and she gets back to you very promptly. You can get a mortgage anywhere but Cheryl’s service you can’t find in many places.

  My husband and I worked with Cheryl Smith and her team to purchase our first home. We had such a wonderful experience. Cheryl and Marina were extremely responsive and answered our calls and emails almost instantly. They helped us with any questions or concerns we had along the way.
