  No communication or follow through are not what you need when meandering the mortgage world. For the first two days Larry McLaughlin was great then all we received were excuses (down the cape, in meetings, family emergency which turned out to be, his brother tore a retina and took him out of the office without ability to communicate for four days) for no communication. If he felt he couldn’t or wouldn’t work with us an email, text or phone call would have been much appreciated.

  Larry and I have done 2 purchases and 3 refi's, I am self-employed and he has made each transaction very easy, when he needs additional information from me it is made in one request, he does not keep coming back for more information 3-4 or 5 times.

  Dropped the ball on my refinance, did not lock in the rate discussed and had 0 follow up for weeks. Do not recommend.
