  Radiant credit union is absolutely amazing!! Candace helped me open my account at the Chiefland Branch, and was super helpful and patience with me. I could tell she truly loves her job.   The lady at the window was so kind and vibrant , she was a wonderful clerk. She gets her job done fast and efficiently without any mess ups. definitely needs a pay raise Mrs. Diane you are amazing!

  I absolutely love Radiant! They are always so friendly and helpful, especially the branch manager Kirstie. She is always there to answer any questions and with a smile! Making the switch to Radiant was the best decision!

  I received the help I needed for a refinance loan I was applying for. Cody answered all my questions. He was very polite and very helpful. And Radiant offered better checking and saving accounts. Better than most banks.

  Juan did a great job setting up the line of credit. He's always the epitome of a professional. This is the second time I've dealt with Radiant FCU and Juan for the purpose of obtaining credit. Both times it was a smooth event and less stressful than dealing with a bank. The best decision I've made in the last several years was to open an account at Radiant FCU. It's been a great experience year after year.

  Radiant Credit Union by far goes over and beyond to work with their customers. Chiefland’s Branch Manager Kirstie Galpin is amazing to work with. No matter the situation she works hard and consistently to answers any questions or help with any situation presented to her. I always feel appreciated when working with this branch. The knowledge and wisdom Mrs. Galpin gives, makes my family feel secure when trusting Radiant with our finances.

  Terrible bank. They hire the worst tellers. Never had a problem with them till them became radiant credit union. Now I can't make a deposit in the drive thru and have to show id to even make a deposit. What kind of bank is this rude. The fat curly heaed lady in Chiefland needs to be fired for not doing her job.

  MARCY BROWN WALKED ME THROUGH A CAR LOAN. QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL. IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS SIGNING INTO THE APP.
