  I just want to leave this amazing 5 star review, because Jeff is definitely worth more than 5 stars! I met Jeff first over at Valu Pawn, where he was always friendly, helpful, and understood that people go thru hard times, and deserve to be treated with respect. When he left Valu Pawn i was upset! I mean they lost a great asset to their company! But when I found out he had Pawn 19 i was elated! Jeff STILL to this day treats me with the utmost respect, and bends over backwards and then some, to help me out!! I won't take my pawn business anywhere else! I highly recommend, but people, extend the same courtesy and keep your pick up rate at 100% because is the right thing to do! Thanks Jeff for the excellent customer service!!! Jess

  We are new to the Fl area and when we came upon some unexpected financial hardship. Jeff at Pawn19 went over & beyond to make sure we had what we needed. During the Holidays we were still dealing with financial problems Jeff checked in on us to make sure we were ok. Everyone at pawn19 is creative & very knowledgeable, so They will try to work with you to give you the best deal around I know from experience. I love to look at all the unique things they have at pawn19. The movie & games are priced just right🙂. There is so much I can say about Jeff, Brian, and the rest of my friends at pawn19, but when I think about the part they have played in our lives I get emotional because when you're going through a tough time it's nice to know someone care and are willing to be there for you.   Great clean respectful place, Jeff is always willing to work with people.I've been pawning with him for a few years. This is the only pawn shop I go to. He's the best of the best.

  Very friendly people there! I walk in and a guy, perhaps the manager, was having a good conversation with a customer I was quickly helped and although they couldn't give me what I was looking for in price, the woman sized and weighed the rings for me so I could put it on offerup. So helpful!! Can't wait to return to check out what they have.
