Elisa Nunez1Monday, I called and spoke to Dana regarding a recall we received for my husbands work truck. Dana, was a very sweet lady and was very helpful. Unfortunately, I did not have the postcard available to make the appointment. Tuesday, I called back to speak with Dana to get the truck serviced. Dana was off that day and I spoke with Bobby. I was in mid sentence in trying to explain what Mrs. Dana has told me and this man kept cutting me off and yelling at me over a loaner vehicle to take my daughter to and from her many drs appointments in Orlando. since I can not rely on their shuttle service. After I let him do his little rant, I was finally able to speak. I was able to set up Thebes appointment for Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning comes along, and as I’m pulling up to the service line my husbands work truck was making a scraping noise. Bobby was outside and came at me aggressively and telling me I got into in accident and the front bumper was pushed in and it was causing the tires to scrape up against the bumper etc. I told him very calmly that I was unaware of this, again, this is my husbands work truck so more likely he did something at work to cause this and that I was only here to service the vehicle for him since he wasn’t able to. As I walked around the truck to get my three smaller children out and to sign in. Bobby was following me and again harassing me and yelling at me over the front bumper. I walked over to Douglas and himself and Dana looked at each other bright eyed and Bobby continues to follow me and my children and tell and harass me. Than he made a threat of calling my husband as if I was a child. In the process of yelling at me and telling me I’m acting non chalant about the issue, he was scaring my children. I was simply keeping calm and being collective in front of my 4,2 & 10 month old. We signed our paper work when the service was done and Douglas continued to apologize for his coworkers behavior. Douglas, told me that his behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for it. And continued to apologize. I then was able to get a chance to call service manager and was told that’s how he speaks, he speaks loudly. I told the manager that this wasn’t a loud speak this was simply aggressive, threatening and harassing. We will no longer get our vehicle serviced here for what any reasons nor buy a vehicle from this dealer. We both are very disappointed in the customer service that we received today. And if we HAVE to get the vehicle service done we will be only asking for Douglas and or Dana for any service needs. Again, very unprofessional and very disappointed.

Ariel Velez3Absolutely love the parts and service department. Not a big fan of sales. I feel the sales department should do away with unnecessary fees and focus more on getting the best possible deal for customers. The last car I purchased, I arrived at 8am and didn't leave until about 830pm. Service however is always prompt and always on task.

Daniel Jenkins5Took care of my oil change and tire rotation as always. They always have good discount coupons online to help with customer loyalty. Many other places Jack up the prices. At least here I know they will not try to take advantage of me.

Jim Nisbet5Not the most organized dealership on the planet, but that's the industry. We have leased on 3 separate occasions with this crew over the last 5-7 years and have been pleased, which is saying a lot for our luck with cars in general. Looking at buying a used car possibly this week. The car I am looking at (used) has a pretty high sticker compared to Kelly Blue Book, I've sent them a proposal, so now we will see if they negotiate. We have never had issues with the service people, and face it, most dealerships have crappy service people, or they up charge you like crazy for little stuff. All in all a good dealership.

Wyatt johnson13 1/2 years ago I purchased a Dodge charger from this company they jump through hoops and went the extra mile but got me approved 3 1/2 years later with no late payments on that purchase they call me every six months to come trade my Dodge charger in well I decided to trade it in last night spoke with Keith and was directed to a salesman by the name of Aaron where I told him what I would like what I had to trade in how much money I had what I could afford and steel they came with a higher payment I agree to this handed in my down payment went on a short test drive after being asked for my drivers license came back waited 20 minutes and they said the banks was closed so they had to wait till today waited and I waited and I waited no phone call back then I realized The gentleman Aaron never gave me my drivers license back last night then I asked about the possible sale and he said I know nothing about it I’ll have to check with Aaron well after 40 minutes pass he calls me back since we can’t do the deal this company tries to get you in there and if it they have nothing for you they throw you to the curb I found a company in Orlando no problems down payment trade-in and I got my brand new Dodge Durango buyers beware

David Nachbaur5My wife and I purchased a new 2017 renegade. Sales staff were not pushy at all we shopped at our own pace. Went back for our 1st oil change. Again, great staff not pushy. Got right in with my appointment. Out within an hour. Oh! Great coffee in the waiting area😀

Katherine Lorenzen1The only reason I'm giving them a star is because you have too. I purchased a car from them on Saturday that they were going to have to get from another dealership from North Florida and drive down here to be picked up Sunday. Come Monday when I hadn't heard anything from them I called them to find out the car they promised me, that i signed for on my sales contract, was no longer available and they were instead going to drive a car down from NORTH CAROLINA instead. Then after I expressed my concern about all the additional miles they were going to put on my brand new car without consulting me, I was then told I was being unreasonable and continued to be treated so poorly I left there in amazement that people literally feel comfortable talking to a customer that way after being wronged by the dealership. Needless to say I cancelled my transaction and then began the uphill battle of getting my deposit back. This is by far the worst experience i have ever had when purchasing a car. I mean I have had bad experiences in the past with car dealerships but at least other dealerships provided me with the car they promised! I cannot express to everyone enough how HORRIBLE this dealership is, and I strongly advise going to any other Jeep dealership in this country before going with this one.

Bobby in the service department was a true professional, took time to explain everything to me, and was just all around a great experience. Crista Lyn1I had a previous bad experience with the Service Department at Advantage Jeep, but decided to give them a second chance, so on Sunday, June 9th, I made an oil change appointment online for Tuesday morning 11th at 7:30am. Received email confirmation. Arrived at dealership at 7:25am. No one in Service lane to greet, so parked and went inside. There were three “Service Advisors” at their desks, but not one looked up or acknowledged me in any way. Stood and waited for a few moments, then Christine got up and walked toward me. I thought she was going to greet me, but she just walked past me without even looking at me, so I said, “Excuse me”, at which point she turned back to me and replied, “What do you need?”. I told her I had an appointment for an oil change. She asked for my last name and looked at a list in her hand. She then said, “Dana will be your Service Advisor but she doesn’t get here until around ten til 8.” I said, “My appointment is at 7:30.” Christine said, “I’m not taking it.” She then walked to the male Service Advisor working at his computer in the back left corner. They looked up my appointment and he said to Christine, “It’s just an oil change, you can do it.” Christine said again, “I’m not taking it”. At that point, I left and will never go back. Drive the extra 20 miles to Bill Bryan Jeep in Fruitland Park and will continue to drive PAST Advantage to get decent service. No wonder Advantage has such a terrible reputation. Many people had warned me against going there, and now I’ve learned that for myself.
