  The servicing of the vehicle was fine. The employee who greeted me at the service desk was not wearing a mask. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, he was still not wearing a face covering. I did not feel safe conducting business there.

  I would like to thank Samuel Shehata for once again helping me find and get the car that I wanted. I am from out of state and purchased my first mustang from Raabe Ford because I found the one I wanted here on there website. A few months later I was hit by another driver and my new car was totaled out, I was super bummed, but I got ahold of Samuel Shehata about it and he went out of his way to help me find and get another mustang that I really wanted. He is by far the friendliest and most helpful car salesman I have ever spoken with, not pushy at all! Even being out of state I chose to go right back to this dealership because I knew that I could trust them and have the help I needed to get back into another car that I love. This is a great place and I highly recommend Samuel Shehata! Thank you!!!

  Service center did a regular oil change and service, recall for a door latch, my check engine light was on, horn did not work and I stated that the transmission was shifting rough at about 5th gear. Returned two days after i dropped the truck off. Representative explained that there was a programing error for the transmission and that reprogramming it fixed the problem. I was quite disappointed when i was told that there was a $200 plus charge to fix the problem since there was not a component replaced. With that, i am assuming that if the truck has a electronic failure in the future due to computer issues that it will be my financial responsibility to pay for the repair. 34.000 miles. Disappointed is clearly a gross understatement. Also, I thought it was nice that they charged me $45 to plug in the horn.

  Had to return 5 different times to get the engine light fixed . Don't know what happened at Raabe Service but that was the worst service I have ever encountered there have bought numerous vehicle there from a great sales department . Service Department needs help. .

  Outstanding job of making sure all my questions were answered. They allowed me to take my time making a decision, were not pushy at all. I truly believe that they were there to help me make a decision that was best for me and not trying to make a sale. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Thank you for caring about your customers!
