  Our checking has been here for years. Recently, we were turned down for help by a local credit union, after just paying off a car loan months early. First Fed stepped up and gave us help we needed in buying our home for retirement. With half down, their help put us in a home that appraised at more than 3 times our investment. What more can I say?   Over my life, I've banked at a few institutes. First Federal Bank has been the best experience yet! Their on-line/app services makes banking work with busy mom life. I can deposit checks through a picture and upload to an app. I can pay my teenage baby sitter through their Pay-a-person app so there is no pulling out cash or writing checks. It goes directly to her account. It's made my life easier and that's why I give them 5 stars!

  They are the worst people in town. Hit you with non stop ridiculous fees. Any place is better than this.
