  Wonderful service, And friendly from the start. She remained professional even though she made us giggle. This was my first time setting up a joint account for me and my husband, and she seemed ready and willing to help in any, and every way possible. When I came home and had trouble logging in she was right there, and she even stayed on the phone with me and talked me through it, which made it so much easier to navigate things. Lastly I’ve had an account at superior for 10 years and closed my checking account shortly after due to staff being disrespectful and not very helpful but now after the experience that I had today I am happy to say I will be banking through superior again.

  Nicole was very patient in walking me through the loan application process and was also able to offer me a lower interest rate on my vehicle through refinancing. Very happy I went directly to the bank and not through some sketchy internet service.

  I was in Delphos, when I got a call from the fraud dept. Someone had tried to use my debit card and they stopped it. I went to the Delphos location. I told them what happened. They verified it. Had me sign report of fraud. They gave me a some cash and told me my new card would be on the way. Took less then 5 minutes. Thank you.

  Nicole Wrasman made refinancing our car loan so easy. I have been banking with Superior for 5 or 6 years now and I have no complaints whatsoever. Awesome staff.

  The loan process seems to take longer than it used to but seems to be about average these days. Alesha our loan officer was very good at answering all of our questions and in the manner of communication that we preferred. Just thankful it all worked out the way it seems it should have.
