  I was in the store to check on some silver rounds I have. I took them to another establishment and they couldn't find them in the computer and I know they are silver rounds but I decided to just go to a coin dealer but all that were close to my location were closed on Saturday. I had done business with R W & know they've been in business a long time, so decided to stop in. The person helping me was young and didn't really know how to test silver with a magnet but thought he did. I was told maybe they were silver plated and that people don't know sometimes what they have until they go to sell it but they wouldn't be able to buy them. I knew they were silver although I couldn't explain why they moved when the magnet was moved over the top so I just thanked him and left. This is only so that the company knows how to test silver so that somebody doesn't come in and think they're idiots. Quick lesson that I found was on you tube if you're interested.

  Went by twice, first the weapon I wanted was $50 more than I was willing to pay, (and did elsewhere, even better price). Another time was to ask about them buying silver coins. They take them, but wont sell any of the ones they get in.

  We walked into the shop looking to buy a very specific item and was not recognized by the staff. They were currently helping someone so we browsed a little. We then stood at the counter waiting for assistance for 15 mins. With no acknowledgement. Someone walked in while we were waiting and the staff immediately went over and assisted her. Very POOR customer service. Definitely won't be back.

  So overpriced! I've walked in several times over the past 1.5 years. Every single time I see a lot of used guns, but they're ALL overpriced. I hopped online and found brand new prices equal to or lower than many of the exact models they were selling used. When I politely asked why, the salesman said that used guns are just as valuable as new ones. No thanks. I doubt I'll ever return.

  I've bought two spendy items from them before, on separate occasions... I'm not sure why they get so many negative reviews! Honestly makes zero sense to me. They were pleasant, and been in business for a veeeerrry long time, so they have to be doing something right. My two items are working, so.... idk. Maybe someone overvalued their own products when they brought them in? Not sure. I would definitely recommend this place to all, particularly gun enthusiasts and knife collectors.

  This company discriminates against people with disabilities. I tried to put in a complaint but the Manager Mark was very unhelpful. I was told I could put in a complaint through him or to write a letter to the owner. He wouldn’t give me the owners name and told me the owner isn’t comfortable giving out his name? Like what? Then he went to change his story that they were an LLC and didn’t have an owner. Very disappointed with this company and hope others choose to take there business else where.

  Jes, We understand your frustration with the mask mandate. We understand because we do not like wearing the mask all day everyday. Whether we like it or not, we are legally bound to follow any orders given by Governor Inslee and the Washington State Department of Health. I also feel morally responsible for providing a safe work environment for my employees. No amount of profit is worth their health and well-being. For this reason, we are happy to provide other accommodations to those not able to wear a mask. Accommodations vary by the needs of the customer's visit.

  I took two rings into their store today with great disappointment. Earlier this past week I have taken a ring in to a pawn shop in Portland Oregon and upon their evaluation everything was real. Yes the same ring was not real according to this pawn shop. I had a second ring that was white gold and also had diamonds in it. They proceeded to test everything in front of me and again told me nothing was real. So I took my rings back over to Portland and had them reevaluate them there. Turns out I would have been ripped out by these people. I suggest you go somewhere, where the pawn shop has equipment that is actually working to test each piece of jewelry that you have.

  Ok as far as employees are great but every thing in shop was way over priced from guns to tools my team and I did a indepth study on prices compared to the 2021 sensus and discovered things were way over priced and we compared it to already high prices and was extremely higher compared to regular pawnshop prices go for the staff there great but don't disipoint yourself thinking things will be in the normal price range there not

  Hi Shannon, thanks for your feedback and for acknowledging our great staff. We are different than other pawn shops. We try to only take in quality merchandise, for example, no Harbor Freight tools, therefore our resale prices may seem higher. We have the same policy for firearms. We try not to take in any firearm we would not personally own or recommend to shoot. Should you visit our store again, please note most of our prices are negotiable. Thanks again for your time!
