  The lack of responsiveness goes beyond unsettling. After reaching out time after time , I have received nothing . I have not seen changes in my credit score since almost 2 years of the services being started. I am highly upset , as money continues to deduct from my account .

  When I first called Kristi and R & R to handle my credit (before sending them a payment) they communicated very well. After paying them, not only did my credit score go down, but I couldn’t reach them at all or get any answers as to what was happening with my account. Rob never spoke to me and Kristi wouldn’t pick up, she would just text me saying she’s in a meeting and couldn’t answer but she would send my concerns to Rob and he’ll contact me. Never happened. So after 6 months I decided it was time to stop using their company. Here we are 8 months later and they still haven’t stopped taking their recurring payment of $99.99 out each month. Even though I’ve emailed, called, texted etc to ask them to stop. I finally had to put a stop payment on it through my bank, which is ridiculous because they are no longer working for me and haven’t been for quite some time. And now I have to close my bank account entirely and open a new one and seek legal action for their unprofessional business practices.

  After living in apartments for 10 years, my wife and I were really sick of it and wanted to buy our own home. Our main problem was our credit scores were pretty bad after some bad decisions over the years. No bank would entertain the idea of giving us a mortgage. We contacted R&R as a last throw of the dice and they were wonderful. They formulated a 4 step plan that really WORKED for us. They contacted the credit reporting agency and managed to have several thousand dollars removed from our lives permanently. It turned out that several of the debts we had were incorrect. We would never have found this out without them. This enabled our credit scores to improve drastically and we are now qualified for a mortgage. I would have no hesitation recommending R&R. A+++

  What can I say about R&R Financial, apart from saying they are the absolutely great??? Because of them, my family and I now live in our dream house, I never thought it possible. They held my hand, they guided me, and they never let me fall.   Rob at R&R Financial Group was a miracle worker. In all seriousness Rob and this team assisted me in coming back from a Short sale, a few rough items on my credit report, and a judgement that should have NEVER been there and finally an old Chapter 7 bankruptcy that wasn't being removed from all three credit bureaus. I went from a high 400/low 500 credit score to high 700's on all three. All items were cleared up and removed from all three reports. I recently just bought a home with a 3.5 percent interest rate with literally NO issues in underwriting due to my amazing credit reports. I've tried in the past unsuccessfully to clear up these matters myself with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. It was frustrating, time consuming and in the end remained unchanged. I would highly recommend R&R financial group, I honestly can say I wouldn't be in my new home if it weren't for them.

  Absolutely criminal. No one at this company communicates. They continue to take your money without giving you service in return. We've have been trying to get a hold of ANYONE at the company for months and have gotten no response. They continue to charge us, multiple times after I've left several emails & voicemails to cancel our service. They are absolutely NOT worth an ounce of your time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.

  I was desperate to find somebody to help me with my credit. After a long search on the Internet, I found this company. At first, I was skeptical due to the high volume of fraud companies out there offering you little in exchange for your money. I contacted them with no faith whatsoever. However, after chatting with Rob, I decided to go ahead and work with them. This was by far the best decision I could have taken. This guy was very quick to give me feedback and was also always willing to help in case I had any questions about the process. He sounded professional and always gave me the impression that he knew what he was doing and knew the best way to attack the issues with my credit. It didn't take that long for me to see the results and couldn't be happier that I went with this company. I recommend them 100%..

  My husband and I ran up some pretty hefty credit card bills when we were trying to get through college 10 years ago and we came to pay for it. Stuck in an ever-ending circle of bank fees, we never thought we'd get out of it our debt rut. We decided to go to a credit repair company and we are so glad we chose R&R. They were so wonderful. I don't usually get on line and sign up on a site just to leave a review but I felt you guys deserved a big thanks. From the start I knew R&R really wanted to help us. They sat down and looked at our debt and formulated a plan. They managed to improve both my husband and I's credit score by 30% in a very short time.   They have helped me big time with disputing charges. I have seen a major increase in my credit score. They are there when you need them, and respond fast! They will definitely get you to the place where you want to be credit wise.

  I talked to Rob about help getting out of a contract. He said he might be able to help. I gave him all the physical records that I have and if he can't help I will need them back. I've been leaving messages for about a month and can not get them to even return a phone call.
