  I absolutely love this place especially Jessica.... one of the nicest person I have ever met at a pawn shop.. all of the staff are very friendly.. every time I went there to buy something great prices on everything would recommend this place to anyone.......

  I went to this pawnshop and I went to two others in Vineland and this one was the worst!!! The woman had an attitude when she spoke to me, and only offered me $85 for my gold bracelet versus the other two pawnshops in Vineland that had offered me $150 and $175!!!Stay away from this pawnshop!!! Long story short, she basically treated my like a crackhead in desperate need to get rid of my jewelry for a quick fix!!! If I could I would of given them ZERO STARS!!! Poor customer service all around!!!

  Great customer service! I have been coming to R&D Pawn Shop for a couple of years now. I have never had a bad experience there. Great place to catch a good deal and interact with friendly staff.

  Probably the best pawn shop around. Brought in some old gold I had laying around the house. The salesman was very informative and honest. I was very pleased with the outcome of our transaction. I highly recommend This establishment.

  The owner of this business is very arrogant and talks disrespectful to customers. I walked out of this business after I was talked to disrespectfully and with a poor attitude. The man claimed to be the owner. Never go here overpriced, low offers, and poor customer service!

  I bought a microwave...a laptop...a tablet. .a DVD player. .a TV... From this place... And to this day... The items I purchased are still working...good friendly people... Reasonable prices on selected items.... R&D you are the best!

  Horrible to me! I asked the heavy set girl if l could get 80$ for what I brought in she said yes. Then said no. She told me to take my money and go geta hit!!! Other words were exchanged. It was horrible

  The best. I've been in different pawn shops but this one has the friendliest employees great deals and simply is just the best pawn shop I've ever been into.. I definitely recommend ...go check it out..

  I was there today and saw how this so called manager insulted and used profanity when asked bout pawning his surround sound. I was appalled and embarrassed for him. Needless to say, I was disgusted with the place. My first time and never going back. READING the rest of these reviews just proves my experience. Smh. Don't waste your time.
