      Someone else said it perfectly, staff is a hit or miss. I typically have good experiences going to the tellers but it's a headache when you want to speak to the bank workers In the back for accounts and loan services.

      Worst bank I had ever had, legit been two days in a row being on hold and no one picks up the phone, just need help after they updated there website. Had someone pick up the phone and hang up right away when they only had 30 min before closing. Then I finally got someone to answer, then the website gave me another problem now I have to wait for another two days before someone decides to pick up the phone. It’s so sad
