  Worst pawn shop I went yo felt judge because the color of my skin was in there parking lot putting my stuff in my car and wiped off my headlights and they threaten to call the police on me and whole time I was tryna pawn my item I felt like she treated me with the least amount of respect so sad to see good business hire people that can show no good customer service very disappointing crazy how all the reviews are from no African Americans or any other races then white the lady should be fired or sat down and talked to on how to treat anybody besides her own race vaguer this was sad. How she went about talking to me and treated me

  Gotta say it's the staff that make this place special!! AND AMAZINGLY CLEAN!! Was not too familiar with the process but friends said he paid high on pawn loan!! I'll go again just to see them and had really nice laptops reasonably priced👍👍😷😷💃❗

  Went to pawn a motorcycle today and matt i think his name is lost my bussiness for life !!! Pawned several motorcycles an never need proof of insurance he was no help wouldnt evene let me fax him proof

  Sorry for the confusion.Just spoke with Matt at the Newport location and cleared everything up. We only need you to sign the security agreement stating you have Insurance we do not need the proof on hand.Matt will be happy to do the loan for you sorry for the mix up.

  They’ve taken very good care of me whenever I’ve needed it. I’ve never been in a shop that was as clean and as organized as this one. The people there are knowledgeable in their own regard, and if they can’t give you an answer they will help you find one.

  The store always looks clean and proper. Lots of nice high dollar items at a reasonable price. If you need tools this is the place to go. Great staff that is knowledgeable and helpful.

  This is one of the best places to go to find odds and ends and even high end appliances and electronics, tools, movies, jewelry, cars, etc! I've never been disappointed here and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful and willing to wheel and deal with you! They find a perfect compromise for you and them! They have several locations and I've shopped at all of them and always have had a great experience! Check these guys out!

  Had several good experiences here but when I pawned a TV of mine some of the hardware from my TV stand was inadvertently left on the back of the TV. When I decided to sell the TV stand I noticed the hardware was missing and remembered it was still on the TV at the pawn shop. Assuming that I could come in and retrieve the hardware to stand.. I was rudely told that I would have to pay full pawn price to get it out and remove the hardware I needed... Then repawn it if necessary. Seriously???? That's just petty and will never do biz there again

  There lucky I can't a just give a negative star or something I was told they would take my Xbox with no controller The next day I walk down there and call before I go in they refuse it. Said it was a "mistake* as well as them only offering 50 dollars for an Xbox one s. When I asked for the manager he was (busy) mind you they just opened not but 20 minutes ago . They also refused to tell me there name, mangers name I asked multiple times!!!! Worst customer service in my life. Btw Xbox controlles are apparently like worth hella money because I paid 450 for the system
