  This is the second time I've worked with Team Thomas and the second time I've been equally impressed by how painless they make the entire home loan process. Ron does a great job of getting everything in place and then Jessica is exceptional at communicating and making sure all of the details are covered. They have an amazing team, I'd highly recommend them!

  Working with Ron and his team is always an immense pleasure. Detailed, passionate, and customer focused. This is my 5th experience between buying and refinancing with Ron and his team. Five starts for sure. Late nights, early mornings, his team responded to every question or scenario I presented them with. I had full confidence in myself when making such an important financial and big life decisions. I will definitely do more business with Ron and his team in the future!

  If going above and beyond was a person, it would be Tygra. She made our process of buying a home as seamless as we could hope for, especially being new to home buying. I had peace of mind that any part of the process that was in her control was handled quickly and completely. She cares so well for you, that you would be sure at any given time that you are her only client and first priority. She was just the best to work with, especially in a day where I feel like exceptional service is so rare.   Laura was fantastic!!!! She walked me through all the necessary processes to make my refinance smooth, quick and easy!! Whole process took about 3 weeks to do and with a different company, it took 3 months!!! I highly recommend Laura and her team!!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!

  As first time home buyers the process was very intimidating. What set my experience above the other lenders we shopped with were the strong values, principles, ethics, and professionalism of a particular person. She advised us on better options that saved our family money and got us the best loan available at the time. Additionally, the people we worked with treated us respectfully and with great patience showing no frustrations as we asked questions to educate ourselves on the home buying process. When we purchase our next property we plan to work directly with these people. My only wish next time is that our loan is held with this company and not transfered to another financing company. I really liked working with Q Home Loans and would of loved to continue to hold our loan with them. Great company with outstanding people. Strongly recomend. Thank you Tygra and Ron
