  My husband and I are new to this bank and we really wanted to write a review because we are so happy with the way things are going! I’m actually excited to be banking with Canopy because they really help people and give good advice about building credit. Our agent is Ed B. He’s great!! Very nice and professional. We call with questions and he always has the answers and suggestions. If he doesn’t answer the phone cuz he’s on lunch or with a client we always get a call back very fast! We are so happy to have switched banks to canopy. It is much more personal than other banks. They really care and want to help people. Very happy to be banking here!

  Very frustrated. I had paid off my auto loan and waited 7 weeks to receive title to my vehicle. After 7th week and still no title, I called and they told me that they never even processed it yet as "we have so much going on". I was pretty upset and felt that the person on the other end of the phone could care less and felt like they had a sucks to be you attitude. Nevertheless I had to go in myself and get the title and personally go to the DOL to get this expedited. At least they typed me up a payoff letter after I had asked. Oh...and I find out that they would have sent it to my old address after I had given them my new address on several occasions prior...so then there's the poor communication or ?? Never again.

  Had a great experience working with Leah Nathan. She was outstanding and very professional, helped answered all questions and concerns. Returned every phone call and email in a timely manner. KUDOS to her and the Canopy Credit Union staff.

  I've belong to Spokane Federal for over 40 years. Canopy doesn't hold a candle to them. Canopy took away our time line loans, had some of the highest rates for loans, went to drive through banking and needing appointments for general business. Miss the friendly clerks that New you by name. Took most of my money out of savings and moved to Numerica. Made an appointment at Canopy at 9 in the morning and stood out in the cold until 912 pounding on doors waiting to get in. Waiting to move my state retirement and social security checks to Numerica. Sorry your changes suck.

  Big thank you to Canopy Credit Union for approving me for a loan to consolidate my high interest credit card debt and get me on the right path to paying off my debt faster and more efficiently! Instead of paying 29.9% credit card interest for who knows how long I now have an interest rate of 6.9% so that means more of my money is going to pay off my loan and less going to interest! Great people that truly want to help people financially even without perfect credit they gave me a chance!

  I just got my first car loan with Canopy and Sara Cooley was so helpful, she worked wonders for me to get the loan by myself and everyone at canopy has just been very wonderful and I love the atmosphere.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Kyleigh on multiple loans, and every time I do, she always makes sure that the finest detail is the best it can be for me. Whether it is payments, amounts, etc., she always goes above and beyond to make ends meet where they need to. Super grateful for Canopy hiring a great worker!

  Kate is pretty amazing, took care of things quickly and when things changed direction she also changed direction and was still able to take care of my interests. Her colleagues are also on the same page, everyone seems to work pretty well together there. Thanks Canopy for a pleasant experience.

  Sara L is amazing. She made the auto loan process super easy. I didnt think I would get financed cause my credit is in the high 500s. She got my story and took it to her underwriting team and I was approved! She had my back with the dealership to make sure i wasn't taken advantage of. She communicated with me by email and phone and is allowing us to esign everything because of my work schedule. I will have all of my business with this bank in the future. This is how all banks should treat their customers!!!
