  By far the best Real Estate team in great northwest! Mike went above and beyond to help me. I recently got a divorce and had to try and find a place to live with me and my two kids. I make a limited about of money and had a cap amount that I could afford for a new house loan. Mike always made his schedule available for me. We looked at house after house and each time were out bid. When I started to get discouraged that I would ever find a decent place for me and my kids, Mike found this great house off market. Because he is very experienced in the field and competitive for his clients, I was able to get a house that I love. In a safe location for my family. Mike also helped me settle the minor renovations it needed. NW NVest walked with me through the whole process. My questions were always answered and I never felt out of the loop. I can never repay him for what he did for me.

  I purchased my first home from Josh Saiz and I couldn’t love it more! It was his own project, and he and his team did a beautiful job of updating this 100-year-old home. He was great every step of the way, patient and actually cared, and even took amazing care of me after the sale closed (which he was 100% not obligated to do). Purchasing your first home is intimidating, so it’s nice to have something that is turnkey and you can trust the work that was done. Really can’t recommend Josh and his whole team enough! He even has a “happiness coordinator.” Best job title ever 🤣

  Josh makes a difficult process seem easy. He did a great job helping understand the process and alway returned our calls. He helped us find a home when it seemed like there were none to be found. He opened our eyes to the idea of a fixer upper. Not only did he find our house he helped us get through our renovation. Felt like I was working with HGTV. Sounds corny... but I really can't say enough about the way he handles his business and his clients. He is awesome!

  Awesome real estate team. I've worked with Matt directly. He knows all there is to know about Washington real estate and how to sell a house. For anyone who needs help selling a house and hasn't done it before this brokerage makes the process smooth and easy. 10/10 would recommend
