  We worked with Tom at the Pyron group from December 2020 through April 2021. He is very kind and easy to work with. He was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process, which is so stressful and defeating in the current market. He never pressured us to jump on a house just to close the deal, and he was always very honest with us about his impressions with houses we toured. If our schedules didn’t align, he would go look at houses we were interested in and call us from there. We had him all over 3 separate counties trying to find something, and with every offer we wrote, he worked so hard for us. We finally found our home and closed on it in April, and we are so thankful to have had Tom helping us through it all. He is the only agent we worked with at the Pyron group, but he represents them so well that we would have no hesitation recommending him and the group to anyone we know.

  After purchasing my house in June 2020 I recommended the same agent, Tom, to a relative who recently moved here. They bid on maybe 20 houses before he was FINALLY able to purchase one! Tom was nothing less than responsive, professional, courteous, and pleasant. I will recommend Pyron Realty Group, and of course Tom again!

  We had the best time finding our first home with our realtor Lori Shelton, and the entire Pyron Team! Lori was with us the entire homebuying process, answering any and every question, and provided us such a personalized experience while finding our perfect house. We will absolutely be using them for future real estate needs and can't recommend them enough.

  Demry did an awesome job for us, going through probably a dozen or so offers on different houses until we finally got one that accepted. He really was a lifesaver, as our previous realtor basically wrote us off and just stopped showing us houses, telling us that we wouldn’t get an offer accepted with a VA loan and not well over 10k above asking price. He was just as stubborn about being ok with being told no multiple times as we were, and it finally paid off. This will be our first home and he did a great job of helping us through every step of the way, making our offers better, and communicating with the sellers. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a home.

  Ryan Lebaron was great! I had tried to look for a home myself for months and it seemed like the day i called him he was lining us up at different doors! It was amazing! Within a month we had our new home and couldn’t be happier! Thanks for the help and quickness for our situation! Definitely calling back when i need a new one!

  We were referred to the Pyron Team from a friend and could not have asked for more. Tom Sheppard provided excellent service to us during the entire process of buying our first home! He took almost two hours during our first meeting to walk us through the process, introduced us to the entire team at Pyron, and took the time to get know us personally.   We worked with Josh to find our first home, and he was so wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and got us answers quickly every time we had a question. Even though we had a hard time finding the right house, we never felt pressured to settle for something we didn't love. If we ever move, we will be calling Pyron again.

  We were building a new home and the Pyron Team was recommended to us. Our neighborhood had 50 homes on the market and the ones that did sell took over 3 months to sell (if they sold at all). The Pyron Team gave us good advice and with their incredible marketing they sold our home in only 8 days at 100% of our asking price. Now the pressure is off and we don’t have to worry. We are happy to be homeless. Thanks Pyron Team… We will recommend you to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
