  I am a younger member of this bank (though I have been a member for onward of 6 years) and this branch specifically is always extraordinarily unenthused to help me out with the slightest of things. Yes, the bank is more modern but the customer support is as lackluster as it could possibly be. Go to Watauga's branch if you want decent service.

  I was very excited about this location being open, as it is very close to my house. Upon arriving for a quick pop in to get a roll of quarters, they informed me they are open "appointment only". To add to frustration, there is not a drive through teller service!! I understand Covid has limited several companies. But, since this location has been open. it has been a hassle to deal with. Why build a facility to operate out of, if members are not allowed to go in. The EECU in Hurst is open, and I ended up going to that location. I suggest in the future EECU should build a an atm drive through, and save money on the facility!

  I’ve never had any problems using this bank. Customer service is always great and I’ve been helped with everything I needed help with. The drive through atm/teller is great and easy to use.

  This branch was extremely helpful. They got us in quickly and were able to help us with the accounts needed. I can’t recommend them enough. Super friendly staff and great facilities.

  Says Open on GOOGLE BUT NO ONE HERE!!!! Ridiculous!!! They should reflect accurately and HONESTLY! Waste of time.. and the assistance I needed had to Be Done at BANK!!
