  I have held an account with Pfcu for years, have always had great service. Everyone has always been extremely helpful and kind. However, the last several visits to the branch off of 26 near Mejiers has been very unacceptable! Treated rude and definitely shown discrimination by Michelle. I get that there are ways you must do things, but being rude and treated this way is unacceptable!!! People from all over the world come to Lafayette for school and what not. This isn't acceptable and I won't be treated so poorly! Very sad for 2021. Ferra however was great today, thank you!!!

  We we're charged an extra $16 at pizza hut when ordered online. PFCU refused to give us our money back. The customer is always right. That's our money and your refusing to give it back on an illegal charged account.

  Only day if the week I can get to the bank (shared branch) and it’s appointment only on Saturday. First off, answer the phone. Happened twice now where I call and no answer, yet watch numerous people beat on the door and you let them in. If it’s appointment only, turn them away and make them call. As for appointment only Saturdays.... you can go inside Monday thru Friday so Covid must only spread on Saturdays. Don’t say your short tellers because I’ve seen 3-4 in there every time I go.

  Hi Brian, we are so sorry this happened, and we understand your frustrations. We require appointments on Saturdays due to there being much more traffic in our branches then. This is part of our efforts to keep our members and staff safe and abide by social distancing guidelines. When possible, we do have a staff member near the door to answer questions and offer assistance to those waiting or to offer options to those without appointments when they arrive.
