  Phil and the whole team at PS Mortgage lending are amazing. They are on top of their sh***, always super responsive, and most importantly understand the urgency in getting everything moving so quickly, especially in this crazy market. This is my second time using them for a home purchase and would not go any other way. Not to mention that both times they were able to get me great interest rates. Highly highly recommend.   Best Mortgage company I have ever worked with. Not only are they good at finding the way to get it done, but they actually tell it like it is, and don't have you go around in circles like other companies I have worked with prior to them. I have used PS Mortgage Lending for 1 mortgage and 2 refinances and have never had an issue with the team or the process. It's important to also say that as an entrepreneur, most Mortgage companies don't know how to underwrite or adapt to my personal situation, and the meeting with Phil and the team was so refreshing that they understood exactly what I needed, and I'm not a number like with bigger banks.

  Buying a home can be very stressful. Especially the loan/mortgage process. We were very lucky to have worked with Phil Stevenson and his entire PS Lending team. From the boss on down, every single person was very responsive, helpful, supportive and most of all extremely professional without being "stuffy". Not to mention that they got us the best rate!
