  My girlfriend and I worked with Kevin Cowan to buy our first place in Miami. We were both new home buyers, first time doing the process, busy (working demanding professional services jobs), and buying from a different state, New York, so there were a lot of factors in play, but Kevin was super helpful, and AMAZING! As we were new home buyers, he was very responsive over the phone, and always will to hop on a call. I really like the factor that he sent little educational video as we moved from one step of the process to the other. For example, what a conditional approval meant. Additionally, as we were both busy (a consultant and lawyer), Kevin made sure we were hitting deadlines, knew exactly what was needed to close, and prioritize what was urgent. I highly recommend Kevin if you are buying a place as an instate or out of state buyer, new or experience, first or multiple homes. This was our first Miami property working with Kevin and I am certain it would not be the last.
