  It’s not my first time working with FEMBi Mortgage, and it will not be the last. Ed Wilburn, and his team of professionals have not only help me secure financing for our dream home, but mentor me thru the process. My first experience was an FHA loan for a condo in Brickell-Miami. Our second loan was for our dream home in South Miami. For this home I utilized the VA loan. As a veteran, it is important for me not only to be able to trust the institution, but the people I work with. Ed and his team once again demonstrated to be extremely knowledgeable and proficient as they assisted me in securing the best rate and a smooth closing for my family and I Maximizing my VA benefits. Our most recent experience (10/2021), it’s with the IRRRL or (VA streamline Refinance Loan). Ed and his team reached out to me to inform me of lower rates available as part of a federal program available to veterans. I was able to reduce my rate by 1%, and we could not be happier. The program has no cost to the veteran and utilizing a solid company well verse in Veteran programs has been instrumental for the process and experience. Overall, FEMBi mortgage (Ed Wilburn specifically), have proven to be an asset and a reliable trusted institution which I would recommend to everyone, specially veterans looking for a reputable source for their real estate needs. Again, trust is very important , and I’m glad to call Ed not only a mentor, but a friend.

  My husband and I worked with Wendy Durant to get pre-approved on a home, which we needed to close quick, and she has been the best mortgager we have worked with thus far! She is quick to reply, diligent, organized and patient. Explaining anything we needed more details in and we weren’t asked to re-send documents we already previously sent (which has happened with our other mortgagers). Constant communication and always a phone call or email away. If you’re looking to have a buying process that’s as quick and easy as can be, buy your next home with Wendy! I will gladly work with her again and recommend her to any family or friends looking to buy.

  Yanet Ceballo was the best thing that has ever happened to our family! She saved us from the devils den! She is so professional, caring and loving. We don't have enough ways to thank her for ALL she did! Yanet is an amazing person, always kept us in the loop this women worked day and night on our case until we got the results she promised! There was a lot of complications but NEVER from her, although our title company sucked! She made a way to shine the light through the circumstances. Unbelievably amazing at what she does <3 We bought our first home years ago with her and then this year did refinancing with her as well and as long as she is still in business I WILL ALWAYS USE HER and refer her to friends and family! She give FEMBI a wonderful name. I'm not sure how this mortgage company works but she deserves every dime for her hard work! PLEASE acknowledge her and her VERY hard work.

  Amazing team, all the effort that Ed has put in place to create this amazing company and team is incredible. All the team is great and answers any question that you might have, all of them are friendly and if you work with Gisenly you are the luckiest ever. I totally recommend you Fembi if you want to buy your dream home and you feel that the market is not leaving opportunity to you, then you need for sure contact Fembi

  Yansell and Suilen are the best. They made this process very easy for me. They are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I was told the buying process was stressful and tedious, but honestly for me was just sitting and watching these guys do their job. I highly recommend these guys and their team.

  Excellent mortgage company. Everyone is so helpful and professional in guiding you every step of the way, telling you what's needed, and doing everything possible to make you a homeowner.   I'm giving five stars to this amazing mortgage company. Ana and Kevin Cowan helped me get my home loan and they are on top of everything to make sure your loan is approved. I knew before closing the loan amount, rate and all the monthly charges that I will be paying for my home loan. At closing the numbers didn't change and was a smooth closing.   Best customer service money can buy. The representatice that assisted me during my home purchase process was Yanet and I could not be any happier. She had an answer for all my questions, answered my calls and texts constantly, and most important, she guided me through every step of the way. Imagine how good of a service she offered, that unfortunately she was on vacations at the time of closing, and still she was on the phone with me every single time I needed her. We literally closed on my house while she was on vacations and the process could not have been any smoother. I only gave them 5 stars because I dont have the option of giving them 10 stars. Very professional and customer service oriented. If you have to go through a process, there is nothing better than having someone help you make it smooth. FEMBI is that institution that will help you, and since you are at it just ask for Yanet to be the one to help you, will not be disappointed.
