  This owner is super disrespectful and condescending, even for a pawnshop owner! The worst of the worst customer service. He was rude and scoffed when I asked him a simple question about what I was purchasing. I set it down and left immediately. I would give him zero starts if I could. The pawn shop down the street had the same item for $50 less, and were glad to answer any questions without being a brat.

  We had our longboards on sale for 20% off and you asked for 40% off. Sometimes my face expresses what's going on inside my head, so you were able to see how ridiculous I thought that was. I'm really sorry. If you give me another chance, I'll try to control my facial expressions when you make stupid offers.

  Went in to ask about an amp I almost bought from them, 2 years ago, and when I said "hey this amp has been sitting here for 2 years" the woman working got angry and said she works there and doesn't need me to tell her how long it's been there and that it's been there only four months. I tried to explain that I almost bought it there previously, about 2 years previous. but she got angry and kept sayinget 4 months. So in other words. Don't go here because they will lie to you. And pitch a fit.

  Worst pawn shop experience I've ever had. They are arrogant jerks, I was there to buy not to pawn. Save time & just go to AAA next door! You won't regret it, I didn't. If I could give negative Stars I would have.

  I'm sorry you didn't have a better experience. I don't remember you coming in, but if you came to buy something and you had a bad experience, I can almost guarantee it's because you made a ridiculously low offer on something and I told you no.

  Would not make a deal so they lost alot of money! Was going to buy 20 ps2 games from them, the guy would not make any sort of deal instead wanted to look up each individual game to get the most out of me..... The pawn shop next door (AAA trading company pawn shop) did make a lot of deals with me and was fair and awesome! They will be getting a lot of my buisness but Provo pawn just felt like a cash grab and doesn't care to make deals with people to keep them coming back.

  You wanted to buy 3 games and get 17 for free. And somehow I'm the greedy one? I'm sorry that I wouldn't give you my stuff for free so you could resell it online.

  I'd give em 6 if it allowed honest shop fair no hassle prices. I recommend stopping by they have a little of everything, everything's in food shape! Doesn't look like they take in people's junk. Thanks gentleman be seeing ya

  Recently bought an old school Colt 3x20 carry handle scope from Reed. I'm from Pennsylvania, Reed answered all my questions, gave me a fair price and shipped it out very quickly. Very happy with the item and the service.

  I recently purchased a few items from this shop, and let me tell you it was a wayyy better experience than any other shop in provo. Very professional, kind, and caring employees. They pointed me in the direction of what i was looking for and gave me sound advice on my purchases. Very pleased with this shop and will for sure be a repeat customer!!

  This place is overpriced and they don't negotiate at all. The owner was rude to me I am editing this review. After the owner of this pawn shop saw the review he harassed me on Facebook. I guess he found my Facebook based off of my name or something. It was borderline me almost calling the cops.

  The drum pedal you bought from me was priced at $100 and I sold it to you for $80, including the sales tax (additional 6.85%). I don't see how that qualifies as "don't negotiate at all". I'm really sorry that I hurt your feelings by only giving you a 26.85% discount. I'll try to do better next time.

  My son had his shotgun stolen, had the serial number. Provo Police found it at Provo Pawn shop. The police left at the pawn shop. We have to pay 200.00 dollars to the pawn shop, if we want to retrieve the gun, the pawn shop wants the rightful owner to pay the money, that they paid to the thief. If the money is not paid by 90 days, the pawn shop can sell a serial numbered, verified gun that does not belong to them.Do Not Do BUSINESS WITH PROVO PAWN SHOP.

  Your son was a victim of Theft when the gun was stolen from him. We were a victim of Theft by Deception when the stolen gun was sold to us. If your son wants the gun back TODAY, he can reimburse us the $200 that we paid for it, and not a penny more. Then the Court would order the thief to pay him restitution. If he doesn't want to do that, he can wait until the court case is resolved and he'll get it back without paying anything. Then the Court would order the thief to pay us restitution. In the meantime, we can't sell the gun. This is the process as determined by a Court of Law. You left us a negative review for following the law.
