  I love central Bank. Everyone is always so helpful Happy and ready to fulfill my needs no matter how small or large they may be. It's a clean and a very smooth atmosphere.   I am at a loss as to how central bank has so many five star ratings. This is one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with it’s extremely difficult every time you go and you have to fill out a little paper to where you want to deposit or withdraw your money. The tellers and the bank in general are unwilling to make things easier for you as a customer. There’s a reason I canceled my account years ago I had just forgotten how difficult they were. But now I am canceling my account again because of this. Goodbye Central Bank you suck.

  The customer service can't be beat. The employees are super friendly. I have my mortgage through them as well because they keep my mortgage. Then I can always have a real person to speak to with any questions I have. I highly recommend banking at Central Bank.

  I cannot say how wonderful I think Central Bank is! Tyler Hardy and the entire team in the Provo Branch are kind, courteous and very responsive! They make the client feel like they are the most important client and their issues are the most important. They communicate SO WELL! I am grateful for all they do!

  Changing my accounts to Central Bank has been one of the best personal and financial decision I’ve ever made. They are great to work with, but even more, this is one of very few businesses I’ve dealt with that truly understands the concept of Customer Service.

  Central bank is the best choice for local banking. The locations are clean, well maintained, and beautifully historic. The bank is always fully staffed, so wait times are very short. Customer service is unbeatable.The staff is very knowledgeable and well trained. I would recommend central bank to all.

  I’ve used 4 different banks in Utah Valley over the last 16 years for a combination of personal and business accounts. Central Bank is the best of the bunch. Specifically, Chris Judd is wonderful to work with, and follows the golden rule: he treats people the way he would want to be treated. In a world full of sleazy banking practices, it’s refreshing to find integrity.

  Central Bank Mortgage Department was so easy to work with. Mike Brown was the best!! Very friendly and fun to work with. Was always there to help anytime we needed it. Highly recommended!!

  Worked with Central Bank on our new construction loan and was impressed with how easy it was and how quick they were to communicate. They have convenient locations all around Utah county and I will work with them again in the future@!
