  Wes and Chris make a great team. They got our loan done fast and on time. We will definitely be going to them in the future. Buying a house is stressful but they were able to make the process smooth. If you have anything mortgage related I would go to them!

  We’ve used Dawn two times for mortgages in past few years and called her once for advice to assist our son with first home purchase. One of our mortgages was simple - primary residence. This last one was more difficult - rental property out of state. She expertly navigated all phases for us and got them closed in a very efficient timeline. Our workload was minimized, which greatly improves any mortgage experience. We would recommend her for all your mortgage needs.

  Peggy Holmes is second to none, she has over 30 years of loan experience so there isn't anything she can't handle. She is responsive, efficient, great communicator, and a pleasure to work with. Our loan took more work than the norm and Peggy handled it like it was no big deal and we closed without a hitch. Finding a high performing loan officer is critical when buying home and Peggy defines high performing!
