  Took $60 cash into bank to exchange for $5s. Long story short, after long discussion with teller I was told if I didn't have an account they would have to charge me! This is a bank, not 7-11, anyone should be able to exchange cash for cash. I am going to try this at Chase (no acct there) and see what happens. Amazing

  I have been to several branches of Prosperity and this branch in Frisco on Preston Road has repeatedly been less than impressive. Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru (commercial lane) before moving to a non-commercial lane. Sent my deposits up and never heard a word from anyone.... 5 minutes later the money carrier popped back down with my receipts and again not a word. Not a "Hi- How are you today?"... or a " Is there anything else we can do for you today?" or " We apologize for the long wait this afternoon"..... Absolutely Nothing! Not the personal customer service experience that this bank advertises. It will be my last visit to this branch. I sure do miss Legacy Texas Bank.....

  This branch is SLLOOWWW. I went in on my lunch break in an attempt to make a withdrawal. They had one teller running the drive thru and the lobby while 4 other people were in their office. I drive further to Teel and Main just to get quicker and better customer service.

  Skip this bank. Sent out a mailer for new business banking. Contacted customer service to confirm the offer and confirmed valid and that I needed to come in. Went to the branch ready to move my sole prop business account over from Chase but clerk kept on about a business document that is not needed for sole prop 1099 contractors based on Chase set up. Left and wont be back.

  Shawn at the Frisco branch on Preston Road was a great help but until we had a miscommunication he was very disrespectful and not helpful at all. I just opened my account up with them a month ago. Nice to know their MANAGER can’t handle a situation properly.
