  This bank is great! Kim, the Manager treats customers like family. Branson is awesome too. My folks have been customers for over 20 years and are elderly. They have always appreciated this bank and now I do too!

  I started this account in Flower Mound Texas. They shut down this past year. I never had a problem. But in Azle, Tx, I get charged the next month for $20 for supposedly an insufficient. Again this month on July 5th, I was charged again $20. My work deposit was last Wed. Night for Thurs. Not credited until Tuesday July 5th. Why would I be charged a fee with money in my account???? So I will be closing my account soon with this bank. This is bank fraud. And not the 1st time...

  Never dealt with the lone side of the bank but as far as the manager and teller's best I've seen in 20 years

  Very friendly and helpful staff but they will close out your savings account if you dont put money in your account on a regular basis my son had almost a thousand dollars in his account and the closed it out for being in active

  Wow. Had our farm account this bank. It’s only active in the spring. This bank closed our account without even informing us, leading to some very important checks being returned as account closed.

  I have been at this bank for a long time. The service i have recieved is fantastic. Everyone at the bank are always friendly and helpful.

  Have banked here 10 years and the only problem I have is that there is not a location in Decatur close to my job. I have to get off early if I want to go to the bank.
