D P3Staff was quick and friendly. So glad that they bought out Compass Bank. It would be nice however to be open Saturday and till 6pm throughout the week as a lot of us work Monday through Friday and don’t have time to get to the bank until Saturday

Jay Sanchez1The PNC Bank In azle TX is a total joke. Mr. James Perry needs to know more about the company he works for and why. When I asked him why should I choose PNC bank as my personal bank. What makes PNC bank stand out from other bank. Mr.Perry said because it’s in Azle,Tx.lol So I asked him again but why PNC bank? Will Smith (Chexmix)1How is a bank closed on Saturdays, absolutely unacceptable in the year 2021 to be closed on Saturday. Most people work and don't have time to make it to the bank and rely on Saturday service. This buyout of BBVA has been horrendous, I am actively looking for a new bank to do all my personal and business banking with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and new customers do your research on PNC so far its garbage in my opinion

B Cagle5James Perry makes this bank the best! Been a long time since we had actual customer service from any bank and he reinvents it! Thank you James for all your help and we look forward to working with you.

Garrett Bremer5This is a great bank for business owners and non-business owners. I have used Compass for over 10 years. The customer service is excellent and there is a good management team in place that will work through any issues you have. I recommend them!

Robin George1This has been the worst banking experience I have ever had in my 56 years of living 😡. The teller gave me back $870 to much when I called to let them know i was drilled on the phone. I took money back and was treated like a criminal by the branch manager. Not one time was I thanked for bringing it back ( I do not need thanks for doing the right thing) but a little appreciation would have been nice instead I was drilled about the money by the way I was in the drive through 47 minuets that day. Very disappointed

Tex Bee1If you're going to close on Saturday morning and blame Covid, change the hours on the drive-through window. It clearly says you open at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, so me and my several closest friends sat there and waited for about 10 minutes before I finally left. It took a phone call to your branch to find out you were closed. Someone should explain to me how Covid makes you close the drive thru on Saturday morning.....sounds more like you don't want to pay your employees to work Saturday and Covid is a convenient excuse.

Stacy Runyon1I have used Bbva for 3 years now. I have been to many different branches in Texas. When I worked out of state the customer service over the phone has always been great helping me one my identity has been verified. This branch if I based my opinion off of them I would go back to Wells Fargo. The teller Jason (I believe is his name) on the inside is by far the rudest and abuse of power man I have had to deal with in a long time. Bbva coporate should be evaluating the way this branch treats people and address it accordingly. To give them control over people and their banking needs is unacceptable.

christopher peterson5This bank has (the niceist asssociates) i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Never any problems! And i have had some financial (doozy's) more than 1# acasion! It helps to think of your self as not being the only one in the world who needs help. So as to expect to wait for your customer service needs to be met. Factor that into anything you do in life, give yourself plenty of time before thinking your going to be in and out as quickly as you blink! And being rude and demmanding dont get you anything in life but conflict and deflection.
