  I went to the Legacy Bank on Preston road to make a payment to my landlord who has an account there and asked for change for a $100 bill. They accepted the landlord payment but wouldn’t provide me change. This is a bank for crying out loud. In this age of competition, you need to stand out from all of the rest. Being a business owner myself for 15 years, management should extend this courtesy for others because it makes good business sense with minimal cost. Now, there’s one more customer out there who has a bad taste about the bank which can add up to significant loss.

  Great place to cash checks, get things notarized as well as have a savings account with. They also have a coin machine that's available even if you don't have an account, however they do charge a very small fee if you don't have a bank account with them. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly regarding your banking needs.

  My wife& I have been very loyal members of legacy bank since 2002 , (.....credit union- view point bank -legacy bank) deposited hundreds of thousands of dollars into our checking account to pay our bills, never applied or requested for a car loan or personal loan until 2 days ago , although I had a paper credit report from 3 major credit bureaus showing my credit score was way above legacy bank requirements ( the bank requires min 600 ) , they claimed ( the bank) they got score lower than 600 from the same credit bureau which was extremely unrealistic & unbelievable, what bothered me beside the double standard& discrepancy on my score in only few Days apart, was that legacy bank knowing & having the proof of a lot higher credit score in their hands, was not willing to contact the credit bureau to ask them why does their customer ( me) has 2 different scores in only few days apart from each other!, the other thing that bothered me even more is that legacy bank does not concider or appriciate our great & consistent reputation with them for at least 14 years ! I felt to the bank's eyes we are just bunch of numbers & not great customers or citizens! I'm very much disappointed & disgusted by the way legacy bank treated me & handled the whole situation, what a sorry & poor management & customer relationship!!!!!!!

  If you have hundreds of thousands of dollars in the bank, why not pay cash for your car? It's a great idea - cash is king!

  No acknowledgement that I was even there. Had to call twice to get a person say anything. Website is not helpful.
