      I'd give him 0 stars If that's possible. Worst customer service - no response to emails and phone calls. Save yourself time and take your business to a firm that is semi professional.

      I do not understand why Mitesh/Prosper has a phone number furnished to his customer, if he does not plan to attend it. The default is voice message which urges to email him instead of call him. Mitesh committed filing my (Federal + State) taxes in 2018 for the FY 2017. He charged me the full fee, but never filed my state tax! Confirming the same with the State Tax dept., I have written multiple emails to him. There is no response. He does not reply email and does not pick-up calls. I am still waiting for my state tax refund. Would recommend others to take their business elsewhere, as I would too.

      Worst custumer service. No one responds to your calls. A recorded message says email is the best way to reach, and its not. I have tried it and its their worst. Atlast after a few efforts when you think its not a bad idea to choose prosper tax, they prove you wrong.Once you pay the fees for their services, they will stop responding to emails. They just leave you in dark for a week or two. When you start to think that you lost your money, then they reply back to your email saying " we filed your taxes". This happend to both me and my friend. If you have already decided to go with prosper tax good luck. PS: I was talking to a guy called Mitesh Mehta.

      I have the best experience working with Prosper Tax. I have been in restaurant business for over 15 years but have never seen a better and more responsive firm. They help with all aspects of payroll, accounting, tax planning and are on top all the time. I am able to reach them even on evenings and weekends and always get personal attention. I would very highly recommend Prosper tax to any business owner or Individual.

      He was very responsive up to about 4 days before the tax deadline, then nothing. A week after they were due, he called me back (because he didn't recognize the phone number) and promised to have something to me that night. Two days later, I still had nothing.
