Salah Udeen1After I waited on line before 1pm. on Saturday May 30th for 35 minutes. I was told by 2 representatives that the bank closed at 1PM. Now I know that people want to go home and I appreciate TD Bank as I have been a customer with you since you were Commerce Bank. BUT, I fell that was rude and unprofessional as there was only 1 bank teller working the drive through which caused the back upamd this is not the 1st time. That was not my fault and there should be more than 1 teller assisting the drive through. I feel that the representatives should not have waited until the last minute, they should have closed off the drive thru and worked in conjunction with each other to get to get the patrons out of the drive thru area and then proceed to close the bank.

Sunny Singh1The worst customer service. I was here last time and waited for 30 mins when there were 4 people behind counter but they could not help me because they were going thru an audit. Why would you do that at the middle of the day. Today I went, in fact called ahead to get checks and I was told I can get three, but then at the branch I am told that I can only get one. However, please don’t let the slogan fool you “America’s most convenient bank”.

Anil Chow1This is worse a bank can be. We truly regret opening account with this this bank, Since day 1 nothing goes right here. Customer reps are arrogant, branch folks are half-baked dumb and decade old online system. NO CHECK gets cleared with in 7 days and decade old online systems gets locked every time and only way to unlock is to go branch.

Elizabeth Lahoz1America’s most inconvenient bank. They constantly do service on the atm, never letting customers know. ATM was in service bank tellers watched people try and use the atm for 15 mins without saying a word and when rightfully frustrated they have an attitude as if your inconveniencing them.

Sanjay Sankhe1I opened a convenience checking with no maintenance fee supposedly if balance is over $100. It is a big LIE!!!!! They charged $15 fee. They did so twice. First time I was refunded that amount. 2nd time they did not. Even though the balance was over $100. They are crooked and say one thing and do something else. They rip customers off by charging a lot of fees. Not convenient. Very Crooked indeed. Dont bank over here. Bank at other bigger well established bank.

Arushi Tontsch1Horrible horrible experience with the manager at this branch, Eric. I came in to close my account because of all the fees TD bank charges only to incur three more overdraft fees after leaving this branch. Silly representatives giving incorrect information only to have their boss back up the incorrect info. If you're smart, stick with other better banks like Bank of America or Wells Fargo or a credit union. Do not go to this branch!!!! Horrible customer service and Eric is very unprofessional too.

Nick S1Went in for notary services. They turned me away saying that I didn't bring witnesses. I asked if other tellers could be witnesses, they said no. Other banks offer free services and provide witnesses... So much for "America's most convenient bank".

Nicholas Ierubino5Saved my vacation! I made a wrong turn in Pennsylvania that put me on the east side of Baltimore. Realizing I was a little lost, I decided to get gas and regroup. Went for my card, and bam, no card! Called the house sitter, sure enough, it was on the dresser, at home, 5 hours away. Made it to my hotel and set out in the morning. Maria helped me out, got me a new card without disturbing the accounts tied to the card at home and I was out in under 20 minutes. Cheerful and smiling the whole time. Thank you! Back on the road I go.
