  Les is amazing! I have worked with him on the purchase of my first home, a refinance of that home years later, and on the most recent purchase of my new home. I guarantee I will use him again in the future as well. He knows everything about the lending world and explains it in a way that makes sense to folks like me who have no clue about this stuff. I don’t know if he ever stops working, as he always responds so quickly! He’s seriously the best!

  I've worked with Les Ferris on three loans and his service has always been top-notch. He is unbelievably quick to respond, to the point where I feel like I could be his only client! He has always provided me with meaningful, accurate numbers and candid advice to help make sure I'm comfortable with my decisions. He is also patient and explains the process clearly, and on the occasion where a glitch came up, he was very quick to correct course and make things right. I would recommend his services without hesitation.

  Les and his team helped my s/o and I obtain a loan for a new home in 2019. He and his team helped me again in 2020 to refinance to a lower rate. His team's communication has been impeccable and all my questions are answered promptly. I have had no issues and both processes went smoothly. Les was very understanding when I had to temporarily drop out of the refinancing process in early 2020 because of unforeseen circumstances and waited patiently for me to get back at it. I did not felt rushed or judged for needing to take the time I needed to make sure I was ready.

  This is my second time working with Les Ferris and I absolutely recommend working with him as you buy or refinance your home. Our second time working together was during the current pandemic and Les’s ability to adjust to that situation meant that the process was problem-free on my end. Les was my point of contact for the refinance. He was available any time I had a question and always responded promptly. When we spoke, I told him my goals regarding the terms of any potential refinance and he was knowledgeable about my different options. In terms of getting the process completed, he is organized. He’d give me a single, clear list of items/ documentation needed for the loan, so that I was not constantly being asked to gather documents or having to go back for the same document multiple times because it was missing something. As a busy professional, that was important: I didn’t waste time and it avoided a lot of stress. I should mention that I did consult with others about the refinance but ultimately didn’t trust them like I do Les. Les is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ve used him twice already and should the opportunity arise, I’d work with Les again. Highly recommend.
