  Jennifer and Terra at Envoy were simply AMAZING! They were constantly in touch with updates, turned around paperwork in lightning speed and even my realtor didn't think they could pull off a bit complicated sale in a tight 30 day window - but they did!   I had been getting information from my mortgage lender (US Bank) on refinancing interest rates for the past 6 months. The person that kept after me gave me one choice and one choice only. I kept waiting for the rates to go lower. When I thought the rates were as low as they could get, I was about to finish the deal with the bank and then I thought, maybe I should check to see if I can get an even lower rate somewhere else. So I reached out to Ryan Molstad, whom I know and trust, and I was blown away with how many different options I had. None of which had been communicated to me by my current mortgage lender. Ryan took the time to go through my options in a way that I could understand, and tell me the benefits of each one. Ryan kept in touch with me through each step of the refinancing process, let me know if their were any changes that could be made that would benefit me, and then it took about twenty minutes of signing the paperwork on my phone, and a ten minute meeting to finish the whole thing. Ryan saved me A TON of money. I can’t thank him enough. Thank you!!!
