  Mike was outstanding to work with on my first home loan! He was extremely thorough, responsive, and not only answered all my questions along the way, but did so with a cheerful spirit. My partner and I knew we were in good hands with Mike, as the entire time he made us feel comfortable and confident that everything was being taken care of.   ***** It was a very easy and enjoyable experience working with Mike on my latest loan. He took the time to go through various payment scenarios based on down payment amounts. I have always been one to put 20% down, but Mike showed me that with this particular loan the PMI for the 10% down was extremely minimal. This enabled me to keep more cash on hand for the improvements I wanted to make to the property. Just one example of how Mike takes the time to get to know his clients and their situations to help them navigate through the mortgage loan process. Mike also kept in constant contact with me as to documents he needed from me to close on time and was available whenever I had a question for him. By him navigating me through the document submission process I was qualified and ready to close within 3 weeks, but Mike also understood that it would be better for me to close at the beginning of the month, thus having a whole extra 30 days until my payment was due. This helped me immensely. As for recommendations, I give Mike a 5 out of 5. Easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and his actions display that he cares about his clientele. — Kathy H.

  My parents and my grandparents have both used Mike Beal and Liberty National Lending Group when they refinanced, so I knew I had to use them as well when I purchased and refinanced my home. The entire experience from start to finish was great. Mike has a wealth of knowledge and really wants to make sure you feel taken care of, and that everything is explained clearly.   Please call Mike Beal if you need a mortgage loan or refi. He is the best out there. Very professional, responsive and gets it done on time and within budget. I have worked with many mortgage folks but Mike is by far the best. You will be very happy if you contact Mike.
