  Wow I can’t tell you enough how quick and easy It was to work with Martha Higgs! I was very impressed with her fast and efficient service when she helped me sell my first home, and also to get a loan to buy a new home!   My parents worked with Mrs. Higg to purchase their home. It was the best experience we as a family could have had, she would walk us through the process and would stop just incase we had any question while working on the lone application. Mrs. Higgs is very knowledgeable and patience while working with my parents on the purchase of there home. It has been a few years now and my mother still calls Mrs. Higgs when she has question regarding home insurance and any changes to her loan. Mrs. Higgs has always been there for my parents even after the loan process was over. I would totally recommend her for any of your needs when purchasing a home. You will never be left alone. Plus she is bilingual, major plus.

  Martha helped us with our home purchase, my case was difficult and I honestly I was not optimistic about getting the mortgage loan, but Martha worked very hard and did a great job,she never gave up and was very professional and got the job done, needless to say, we are very grateful and fortunate.
