  I just want to take the time to express my gratitude to Professional Title in Manti. As a realtor I know first hand how much work goes into the simplest closings. But our Seller had a very challenging listing. With multiple cancelations, and finally the Perfect Buyer for their property came along. A title company was chosen in Utah County for the Buyer. Just a few weeks to Closing the lender requested the Buyer's file be changed to Professional Title. The staff at Professional Title were amazing. Quickly and professionally they prepared the Buyers files. And when it came to the closing. Both Sellers and Buyers required specialized considerations. The Sellers needed an after hours closing; and the buyers lived 2 hours away from the title office. Karl Cox was is a hero . Sacrificing his personal time and traveling long hours to accommodate the needs of both parties. Professional Title has earned my loyalty.

  Professional Title is a very friendly and efficient place to do business. Jamie and Merrell do a very good job to get thing done quick. They are very accommodating for the closings if the borrowers are not able to make it during normal hours. I use all of the offices and they are very good to work with.
