  I rented from PREMIS for a year. They are an amazing team. Heather processed my application. I had to move on short notice with working overtime and she kept me updated every step of the way. Glenn is the absolute best. Just a great person to work with. Upfront and attentive. There's now an app to submit work orders and questions. But if I ever needed a quick answer, I could always count on Glenn. Paul, the handyman, is prompt, courteous, and focused. He's quick to schedule work orders and he's in and out. 10/10 would recommend this team

  We have been renting through Professional Real Estate Management for 6 years and just recently had the opportunity to purchase this property. During those 6 years we had few concerns with the property but when we did they responded to us immediately and settled things in a timely and convenient manner. We had the pleasure to work with both Heather and Sue who maintained open and prompt communication. It was truly a pleasure working with them and Sue was especially helpful during our closing for the purchase.

  ***Update*** I was never told my application wouldn't be processed. I was only told that applications take 2 business days to process. I would have loved that information, but instead it was silence until I asked the questions. Couldn't tell you what it's like to rent from them because they don't communicate with you about application status. Poor follow up. Wouldn't recommend a company that can't do something as simple as communicate with applicants.

  Hi Christopher. You were told at the time of application that applications are processed on a first come first serve basis, that yours was not the first in line, and that you would be called should the ones ahead of yours get rejected or withdrawn. The ones ahead of yours are still being processed. We know it's very difficult to find a rental right now in this market and we sympathize with your plight. However you were told what our procedures were when you applied. We wish you the best of luck in finding a rental property.

  My husband and I worked with Professional Real Estate Management over the last 10 years from managing our rental property to the sale of our home in Clearwater. Sue and her team have always been very professional and have a real happy pulse on the Clearwater market from a rental and real estate standpoint.   Worst experience with a management company ever. We rented a home for 2 years with nothing but problems. The owners of the home were planning to move in at the end of our lease. They decided it would be a good idea to do all the work they wanted done on the house while we were living there. New A/C installed. Nothing but problems. No A/C for an entire day while we both work out of the house. Ongoing issues with new A/C causing constant outages. New roof installed. Again, while we both work out of the house! A normal roof install should take a few days. This took almost three weeks!!!!! Workers pissing on the side of the house, taking naps in neighbors yards, blasting music on the roof. Again, while we are working from home. They also cut a power line in the roof causing us to lose power in the house until it was able to be repaired. Loss of work and revenue. New sprinkler lines installed in the yard and a deep well drilled. Again, while we both worked from home!! The sprinkler workers cut the internet cable in the yard and didn't say a word until we asked if they may have hit a line or something. Then it was on us to call the cable company and pay for the repair!! Not very easy to work from home with no internet for two full days!! Again, loss of work and revenue! We asked for compensation for these multiple issues and were basically told to go pound sand. No response to email requests, no follow ups, piss poor communication. I personally own my own rental property in another state. If I ever treated my tenants this way I would expect a lawsuit. Stay as far away from any of their properties as you can.

In reading through your review it seems that your real displeasure is with the owners for wanting to make improvements and repairs to their house, and with the vendors who performed the work. We understand your frustration, but per the lease the owners had the right to make improvements and repairs to their home. And all of the vendors they used have long-standing businesses in the area and are held in very high regard. We tried to communicate with you as best we could during your tenancy, and we're sorry to hear that you are so displeased.

  Rented for a number of years. Of course problems arise sometimes but overall never bothered rental company for any issues. We basically fixed everything ourselves. Now were being put out for absolutley no reason. Be aware of this company they raise your rent every year by hundreds of dollars and fix NOTHING EVER!!!! To put people out the way things are is terrible.
