  David is the consummate professional who can tackle the most complex refinancing: that for a self-employed person. Not only does he know what the lender wants but he has an on-line check-list that allows you to upload all the documents needed.   David came highly recommended by my lawyer. He was truly a very experienced broker that thinks outside of the box and care for the INTEREST of his client. I could not say it enough on how he assisted and found a loan that fit my needs . David is detailed and followed through with everything he promises. I love that he articulated things we discuss on email. During the loan process we encountered a problem and David not only resolved it but did it so calmly which in turn helped me stay calm.   Liz Bayer was recommended to us albeit with a word of caution by those referring us, that she does things her way and can be quite brash. We should have taken this word of warning and pursued a different broker. Brash doesn't begin to describe the way Liz treats her clients. Liz will not listen to what you want but will do what she thinks is the best for you without confirming any financial information, she wasted an entire day and we missed out on a lower rate as they went up the next day. Liz will become confrontational and condescending if you ask any questions instead of just taking her word for it, she will tell you that she knows best as she is the expert and proceed to tell you she is extremely busy and that you aren't her only client. She will then feel free to share your conversations with her other clients. Liz Bayer is extremely unprofessional. With the large amount of brokers available I advise you to look elsewhere as the person who recommended her to us tried to tell us in a nice way.

  Randi Ryan has helped with mortgages for my daughters and for me.
