  Jason is awesome! He helped us with our refinance and was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He walked us through different loan programs so we could figure out which was the best for us. He was always available and answered every single question we had (sometimes more than once!). Loans can be tricky, but Jason was there every step of the way to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend working with Jason.

  I worked with Searchlight when I bought my first home and then I refinanced 2 years later with them as well. Both experiences were so easy and I was so happy with all the money that I saved so I now refer Chris and his team to everyone I know. He delivers every time. He is honest, dedicated, and just a great guy to work with. He made a normally stressful time actually quite pleasant, in fact, the closing process was much faster than normal and 3 days ahead of time.

  I had a great experience with Chris in the home refinancing process. He knew exactly was he was doing and the process went very smooth. Searchlight and Chris in particular responded to all the concerns and questions in the same day that you ask them. What's most important is that everything we talked about on the phone or through emails was reflected in the paperwork. I've dealt with other mortgage lenders but Chris is by far the best.

  Chris was a breath of fresh air in modern day "customer service." We were so nervous about buying a home but David made the entire mortgage process a true pleasure. The loan closed in 11 days and Chris got us a better rate .25% than we could get with another bank!!! His showed kindness, understanding, and knowledge during the entire process that is unmatched. He took our calls on evenings and weekends and also gave us daily updates on our mortgage process. I implore anyone reading this to give Chris a call to be your lender, you will have no regrets.   Chris Piro and the entire team at Searchlight Lending did an amazing job with our refinance loan. The process from start to finish was super fast and effortless. It was simply amazing due to our circumstances, as our situation is what other lenders would call a “difficult situation”. Wasn’t difficult for Searchlight. Chris took my application over the phone on a Sunday evening and immediately and in just 25 short days, we closed on our loan. We got a terrific rate, as an added bonus. What more could you ask for? I'll definitely recommend Chris and Searchlight Lending to all our friends, and will use their services in the future.

  So just had a complete nightmare dealing with Searchlight and Jameson specifically. Terrible communication. Me and my realtor had to beg to get a call back. Would always send me straight to voice-mail and reply with an auto message "bla bla bla Ill call you back", never did or if he did was days later. Because of poor communication had a loan fall thru. This is my first home and they made it a terrible stressful month and a half experience and in the end got nothin. In contrast my new broker found me a loan and had the appraisal scheduled in ten days.

  My husband and I got our first mortgage through Chris and he made the entire process very easy and stress-free for us. Every time we emailed or called Searchlight Lending, Chris and his team answered promptly, without any delays. When we finally arrived at closing our realtor kept saying how impressed she was with everything Searchlight Lending had done.   In March I refinanced with the team at Searchlight lending and was very happy with the process. My communications with Chris, Max and the loan processors were regular and a quick turnaround if I had questions. They went out of their way to find me the best loan possible- even if it meant extra paperwork submissions on my part- and we closed successfully with a much lower rate than what I was being offered with the “big box” lenders.

  Buying a home is stressful and Jason M. really eased the process for us. He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and was always available and quick to respond.   I got my first mortgage for my first house with Chris Piro and had an awesome experience. He made my first home buying experience very easy and trouble free. He met us for closing and was a very nice in person. He was also a shark when it came to negotiating the best deal for us. Saved $450 in closing costs! I highly recommend Chris!
