What can be a disappointing process, especially in the 2020 environment, he made fun and always gave us hope that our perfect home was around the corner. We looked forward to weekends we'd go explore the houses of Marin. It didn't take long before he knew what we'd want better than we did. In the end, he found us a perfect home for our growing family.   Jonathan Marks is a true gem of an Agent. He is generous, thoughtful, honest, determined, and just generally great to be around. The process of buying a home in the Bay Area can be tricky to navigate. Jonathan kept us on track with laser focus on our priorities. He has a gift for reading his clients, and catering to their desired level of engagement and coaching. Almost every agent that we met along the way at open houses knew of Jonathan and was very eager to work with him (hint: this is very important in the Bay Area). We always felt that we had the "inside scoop". This theme continued after we purchased our dream home when Jonathan opened his rolodex to us for everything from his favorite tea shop to the best roofers, painters, landscapers, etc. in town. Jonathan is a lovely human being, and a highly skilled Agent. We've already tapped him twice in our personal home searches, and have referred him to friends without hesitation.
